Çok temiz, sesiz, konforlu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kahvaltı taze ve yeterli.Araba için ücretsiz park yeri var. Kullanmadım ama şehir içine giden toplu taşıma arka sokakta. Arabayla şehir merkezine 5 dakikada ulaşabildik.
Tekrar gelirsem bu oteli tercih ederim.

Absolut ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet, Tramhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe (öffentlicher Nahverkehr kostenfrei in Übernachtung inkludiert), per Tram rasch im Zentrum, kostenlose hoteleigene Parkplätze, sehr freundliches Personal, das uns mit prima Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung versorgt hat, feines Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer …ein hervorragende Adresse für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Bern. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

Great location in a nice neighborhood across from a park with close access to the tram that made travel around town easy. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and accommodated my celiac disease with gluten free options. Amazingly sweet tomatoes!! Room was very quiet which was very important due to windows needing to stay open all night with the warm weather. Also had a fan which helped. Enjoyed sitting on the front patio. Staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended a great walk to start our explorations of Bern.
More powerful hair dryer that stays on without having to hold the "on" button. I talked to one of the staff at the front desk and he said they are already updating the hair dryers so that won't be a problem soon. Otherwise nothing!

The breakfast was fantastic! Fresh fruit, pastries, and cheeses. The freshly baked bread was delicious! There were a lot of options for vegetarians.
The location was very pretty and quiet while still being very close to the old town. The beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio area where we were able to eat dinner and relax.

All great here - I love this hotel. A 20 minute walk from the old town or just a 7 minute tram ride, a great peaceful place to base your stay in Bern. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made some great suggestions.

The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh continental. Beds were comfy. Free parking all day while site seeing. Great location!

very warm welcome. free parking on site. free public transportation ticket for the stay. good breakfast. very clean. very good location, close to busstop for bus 9A that goes to the center. otherwise its just a 20 minute walk. Bern is a beautiful place to walk around!
