It is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are big, clean, quiet and very cozy. In my room there was the bed but also a nice corner to read or work. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely host Nothing too much trouble and we appreciated her suggestions for places to eat and visit. She even gave us a two day Bern travel pass so we could use the trams.The pool was lovely and we could relax in her garden. Breakfast was amazing.

I loved the design, the huge size of the room, the lovely view from the balcony, and the tasty and filling breakfast. The owner is warm and helpful. The location is excellent, a few minutes away from the Old Town and the Bärengraben, in a peaceful neighborhood. The train station is also very close, just 10 minutes away by bus. Also, having free tea, coffee, fruit and Swiss chocolate always available in the lobby was a really nice touch. It made me feel very welcome.

Suzanne is an amazing host! The rooms were large and spotless, and the neighborhoodwas gorgeous! The pool was nice and refreshing on a warm day. She even offered her washing machine when we asked where in the area we could do laundry. Very nice to chat with her and find out what to see or do in Bern. It was an easy walk into the city, and she printed out passes that gave us free transport on the bus as well. The breakfast spread was beautiful and I would love to come back again!

I liked the kindness of the owner and how beautiful the house was! The location is pretty good (close to the river) and the price paid was very cheap in comparison to other places in Bern.

This was probably the nicest hotel stay I had, and I travel quite a lot for work - great communication, super comfy bed and large room with wooden floors and high ceilings, absolutely exceptional local breakfast (suited me as a vegetarian/vegan as well) and a modern, room with refreshments and Swiss chocolate plus a beautiful bathroom with everyone one would need. The owner, Susanne, was really friendly and helpful and I could even check it earlier which was great as my train arrived earlier than expected and the overall flexibility during my stay was great. The house itself is gorgeous and couldn't be better located, just off the busy central town and yet only 10 minutes away. Thanks to Susanne I got some amazing tips for things to see in the city and its surroundings as it was my first time in Bern, plus a free ticket for public transport. Amazing value for money and would definitely stay again!
