Das Abendessen hat in keinem Preis Leistungsverhältnis gestanden. Es gab nie ausreichend Brot, Salate waren sehr kalt. Die Küche hatte keine Alternative parat, wenn man als Vegetarier weder das vegetarische Gericht noch das Fisch Gericht mochte. Leider viel zu kleiner Spa Bereich.

Great holiday hotel experience at central location, wonderful room with very large bed, excellent breakfast buffet (rather brunch), very friendly staff and relaxing SpA area. Anytime again.

from the garage to the room it is needed to take two different lifts, need a bit more walk but it is only a minor thing for me. Overall the hotel is very good

In the ski room the was a really bad smell.

great location: close to the train station and ski lift. very nice rooms decorated with real wood.

Check in and check out time. Check out at 11:00 is what guest shall pay for shortage of enough housekeeping staff. Normally it is 12:00. Not enough staff at F&B and most of them are not qualified enough. Absent of experienced staff!! Front office people tried to be nice and friendly, but again looks that they are not keen to get return guests.

Very nice sized room, lovely atmosphere in the lounge, super breakfast, very well located next to the ski lift with good access around the town by bus.

The spa is underground and consequently a bit dungeon like.

- bathroom wasn’t clean (dried poo on toilet seat from previous guest, on arrival) utterly disgusting - reception requests forgotten - I had pre-booked dinner at the hotel restaurant and requested a birthday dessert with candles and I was reassured it would be a perfect night. It never happened and when I told the reception about my disappointment the next day they were not empathetic at all - waiter from restaurant offered a bottle of wine ‘on the house’ this was never sent to our room and we asked about it we were told it was a translation mistake which was very patronising - on arrival we asked the reception man what there is to do in Davos, he responded defensively and simply didn’t have a clue, not even local restaurant recommendations- fine for a hostel not a 5 star hotel - wifi in room didn’t work - zero flexibility for a late checkout offered - bell boy looking in appropriately at my partner when ever we walked past reception - cold scrambled eggs at breakfast - and no orange juice ?! - no pool Overall, the room was nice and a few members of the team were friendly but for 400-500£ and what’s meant to be a 5 star hotel, you will probably be let down as I was :/
