the room is nice and clean, big enough for the family, the restaurant is nice, good parking lot

took one hour to wait for the food delivery in the dinner, the breakfast is quite expensive

Room was large, bright, had a swinging chair for the kids. Television was modern, bed was comfortable. Restaurant was EXCELLENT. A short bike ride from the public beach with playground.

The staff was bad

Great Location with moreover friendly staff. The house-own Restaurant has a great cuisine and its restaurant crew is vety diligent and courteous.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic, with huge selection of foods. When I asked for gluten free bread this was baked for me and was delicious. in the evening we ate in the restaurant and all 4 of us were delighted with our meals, the men had mixed BBQ for 2 and us girls had pulled pork burger and both were awesomely tasty. Made full use of the bus which is available for guest free of charge.

Tea and coffee machine in the room, when making tea I could taste coffee so could not have a drink in my room.

Exceptionally clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The couch bed for our 9 year old child was awful and the room didn’t have extra bedding for that bed. The room was a good value except it felt strange paying extra for my child when she wasn’t even provided with sheets. In house restaurant had excellent food. Parking garage on site was a welcome feature.

Estremely comfortable and the room very spacious. Friendly staff, both at the reception and the restaurant. Fantastic breakfast!

The disposition of the room furniture Was not very practical.The sofa should have been positioned in front of the TV as it would have been more comfortable to watch instead of been at the side of the bed!!!

I enjoyed my stay at KoÒno. I happend to have a room with a nice view over the lake. Not every room can offer this but it also says so while booking. So I would not have been disappointed if I hadn`t gotten this room. The staff was very friendly and I liked the food at the restaurant, I tried it in the evening (8 out of 10). I chose the hotel because the access to the lake is only 600 metres away (by foot). The coffee machine in the room was definitely a plus. The only thing I didn't like was that the cups had a rim. The distance to university is only 7 minutes by bus which goes every 15 minutes. It`s definitely a plus and I don`t know why this is not pointed out at the website. The city of Constance charges a visitor's tax of 2 euro 50 a day. The bus fare is included which is a nice thing.

Manuel at reception was exceptional. He spoke perfect English and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The dinner and breakfast was great.

The main bed and the extra sofa bed were very uncomfortable.

location is fantastic to visit the Island Mainau. great restaurant - cool staff very attentive and fun chatting. the bar is great, and the cocktails are many and very tasty (we tried 5) - everyone was super helpful and smiley. underground parking is very convenient- as you can take the bus (free) or just walk to the island. would have stayed one more night but there was no vacancy.

It is very clean. The restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly. Rooms were quite spacious and the tablet was an interesting addition.

I have back pain so the bed was not really up to my comfort. Shower was difficult to enjoy as it kept going either too warm or too cold.

Everybody was so helpfull and mindfull.

The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

Mosquito nets on the windows would have been nice especially since the rooms have no AC. The garage was very full and it was hard to find a parking lot.
