The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cosy. We loved the pool a lot. The location is very convenient.

This is a minor thing. I did not understand how the switches in the room work. The system is very confusing. When you need light in the bathroom, the light in the room is also on. Something should be done about it.

A high class hotel, great breakfasts (pastries were amazing) with good variety, nice facilities (the pool is very clean and temperature controlled, very good for this climate). There is also gym and spa, as well as different gastronomical and entertainment events avaliable. Easy taxi access from the lobby (hotel has its own taxi parking) which is crucial for Oman if you have no car of your own.

Impossible to live here if you intend to travel by foot or public transport, there is almost no crosswalks so you are forced to jaywalk (not hotels problem, more like country's problem). However, hotel is located in a way that to actually find a crosswalk to get to the closest stores and shops you need to walk for a long time. The cleaning service is surprisingly clingy (had to ask to not clean my room three times in a single day). Same can be said for the vendor on the ground floor, very clingy if he notices you checking out any goods.

Place was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect to travel to any of the touristy place and near the hotel there are many eating joints . Also the pool is nice and big

Everything was perfect especially very pleasant and polite hotel staff (reception, restaurant and cleaning staff) and very good facilities in general. Proper 4 star hotel which makes you feel welcome.

Only remark goes to shower head which was leaking quite a lot on connection with shower hose and I could see it was attempted to be repaired previously, but you can actually replace whole set, it wouldn't cost much and it is proper way to do it. I didn't report this, as I could live with it for 2-3 showers I did during my 1.5 day stay, but you should fix it...

Service, staff hospitality and early check in

The location had lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast didn't have much for vegetarian Asians and was too expensive, hence did not opt for it during the stay.. The bathroom had a tub with a glass screen which did not stop water spraying on to the floor. The screens need to be slightly longer. I had to book for 5 nights even though I only stayed for 3 nights due to my arrival time being in the morning (9 am) and leaving time of late evening. The hotel could have offered me something more than the 15% discount on breakfast they had offered to compensate for this.
