Tolle Lage, super freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstück

Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage, man kann mit der Gästekarte kostenlos Busfahren, ruhiger Fußweg am Bach in den Ort

Von der Anreise bis zur Mitte des nächsten Tages hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser. Während die Mitarbeiter freundlich waren, war die Chefin eine Ausgeburt an Unfreundlichkeit, null Servicegedanke. Auch keine Entschuldigung für ihr Auftreten. Daher der Abzug in der Gesamtnote

Faptul ca la baie aveau usa de sticla transparenta….si am cslatoria cu familia.. Daca eram romantic…ar fi fost interesant. Nu aveau plase de țânțari.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful and checking in and out was smooth. The view of the mountains from the hotel is wonderful! We loved the breakfast room, so bright and fresh, and the food and service were excellent too.

The shower gel packages were hard to open.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es wurde nachgelegt und auf Wünsche sofort reagiert. Wir bekamen eine sehr geräumige Suite mit viel Stauraum. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern haben wir den rauschenden Bach nicht gehört. Deshalb Weiterempfehlung.

As most have stated, the breakfast was great. After 5 days, though, it got a wee bit boring. But there was enough you could switch it out, so it was my fault it was boring. The location was a bit too far to walk into town (for us anyhow), but it was a great location otherwise. Especially for the King Ludwig II's birthday light show celebration!

This hotel claims to be a "smoke-free property," but there was an ashtray on our balcony. This encourages people to smoke. And smoke they did! GROSS! Our first night was during the recent European heat wave so we left our door open (no AC in most of Europe). We had to close it when someone smoked because the fumes came into our room. This happened nearly every night. The next day we bought a rotating desk fan so we could sleep in the heat even if we had to close the door. We made do. But for an otherwise wonderful hotel, the cigarette smoke was a huge turn-off. The pillows were not comfortable--too hard and fat.
