The receptionist bent over backwards to help us, especially as she only worked on Sundays . As the restaurant was closed she advised us where to go for supper & how far away it was to walk etc. She helped me get some ice & also a small jug of milk.

it was perfect for the value and good location. we didn’t sign up for the breakfast but I went downstairs and they allowed me to have a coffee. I thought that was awesome

I think charging 17 Euros for parking is waaaay to much. Coffee machine could be available not only during the breakfast hours.

Excellent breakfast, the position was ok for me, spectacular view from the room over the Danube. Room quite clean, as clean as a moquette can be kept.

Two single beds in my room, instead than a double bed. Too hot with the duvet, too cold without. Impossible to completely darken the room, hard mattress. Moquette in hotels is horrible.

Saturday night restaurant was closed. It was snowing and couldn't walk out. No restaurants in the area. Hotel has no system to serve any food, not even a cup of soup. Suggest snacks should be made available.

Even though all the radiators were turned off, the room was very hot. There was a lot of noise from outside when the window was opened. In the Superior apartment, there was only a sofa in the second room, which was uncomfortable. No wonder at that very high price. Overpriced parking (17 Euro per day). Part of the staff unprofessional. Very overpriced restaurant. Breakfests are also very overpriced.

the ventilation in the room was always on and could not be turned off. therefore it was cold even though we turned the heating to maximum. we missed tea in the room.

it’s very horrible behaviour of the staff ,who works at kitchen , 200 people comes & asks what’s your room number . such racist people , while having breakfast . let me conclude if the rule is made it should be made to everybody .not to one person in room out of 200 people ,every time if I need to take some food they r asking. question, I am not paid ? I am staying illegal , when do this racist behaviour come down ??? such a worst staff

Staff in general were very welcoming.

the room was too hot and too humid at night. Not sure why the AC was not on.

The breakfast was great. The view from the restaurant was great.

The spa was closed, and the restaurant was closed except for breakfast.

Very good hotel with very comfortables beds, huge breakfast. The hotel is well situated inside the city and near the river. Also everything is clean.

The parking is a little bit expensive.

It was very hot in the room. The hotel restaurant in the evening was not operational.

The location is absolutely perfect

There is no Air Condition, and it was very hot: the room smelled damp, and we had to keep the window open (on the 12th floor! security issue!) There was a disco bar in the parc beneath, and until one o’clock we could not sleep as it was out of the question (heat) to close the window. The hotel was nice and gave us free breakfast.
