Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Die Möglichkeit die Sauna zu benutzen fand ich toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Im Internet macht das Hotel einen tollen Eindruck. Vorort ist einfach sehr gewöhnlich

Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer sagte unser Sohn: "Ich fühle mich fast zuhause". :-) Den Kindern hat es besonders gut gefallen, dass das grosse Spielwarengeschäft gleich vis-à-vis liegt und fast vom Frühstückssaal aus zu sehen war. Das Hotel liegt ganz nahe am Zentrum - wir konnten zu Fuss alle Ziele erreichen. Die Ortschaft würde noch viele weitere Aktivitäten anbieten - für die uns leider die Zeit fehlte. Die Zimmer sind akustisch sehr gut isoliert - man merkt die anderen Gäste kaum.

Auf unserem Zimmer fehlte ein Korkenzapfenzieher :-). Doch das Restaurant leiht uns einen aus, so dass wir unseren Rotwein geniessen konnten.

Wir kamen ca. 15:40 im Hotel an, checkten ein soweit ok. Einzige Info: Morgenessen im 1.Stock, sonst keine Info. Im 2.Stock zimmerbezug nicht möglich, da das Personal das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet hat. Es hat heute viele Abreisende gegeben, hiess es. Wir sollen in ca. 10 Min wieder kommen :-(( Nach 20 Min. gingen wir wieder aufs Zimmer, es war soweit fertig ! In der Hotellobby wird man nie begrüsst :-((

Very friendly staff! Very good breakfast with a large choice of cold and warm dishes/items. We rented e-bikes. They were in very good condition and at a good price. The hotel was designed by a well-known architectural firm from the region. Some details are a bit dated, but it has aged very well / has been maintained very well.

A couple of things were not so great. 1) The coffee from the automatic coffee makers (at breakfast/in restaurant) was really bad. The coffee was very weak/not aromatic...cappuccino tasted like water with milk, espresso just as bad. 2) The fan in the bathroom did not work, so it got steamed up really fast. Not a big deal...but 3) because of that one could see that the glasses in the bathroom were not new/clean. They had just been "wiped" and set back. :-(

Although there was an error in the rate and room type on the booking.com, the hotel manager on duty gave the room at the booking rate. Thank you! We needed to print a document urgently in the middle of the night and the duty manager, Mr OSCAR, went out of his way to deal with our special request, thank you very much. We will stay at your hotel again next time. The Hotel is very closed to the city center.

The hotel's design is interesting and the location is very central with close proximity to restaurants and shops. The rooms have a great layout and the bathrooms are good.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not up to standard. The quality of the products was sufficient, however the food was always empty and replenishments took in excess of 20 minutes every time. The rooms were not cleaned properly with stained cups. In addition, the baby crib we received still had fluid from previous use on it... That was pretty disgusting. Despite most of the staff being friendly, the lady working at reception was rude and does not understand the basic concept of customer service.
