All staff we interacted with were nice and professional. The location is very convenient.

Unfortunately the hotel is getting very aged and in particular, the bathrooms just have not been kept up to standard. The grouting and silicone throughout the wet areas, including the shower, was mouldy and coming off and a bit disgusting throughout. I didn’t feel clean after using the shower or bath. The bathroom sliding door also didn’t close completely, which meant that there was a 2 inch gap through which the toilet was on full view to the bedroom, which is quite gross if you are staying with anyone else. The breakfast was big but the individual elements were not particularly flavoursome - it was a let down. Overall I would not stay at the property again and did not find it fair value for money. This is disappointing as I have always preferred to stay in Accor-brands hotels, but will think twice before I choose an Accor brand in the future.

Service needs to improve, front line staff need to go through training again and be extra cautious. We were given a room that was occupied by another guest. We were shocked when we entered the room and so lucky the guest was not in the room! At that moment my impression was this hotel is so unsafe, someone can possibly enter my room too 😔 Immediately, we went down and the duty manager attended to us and upgraded our room. She escorted us up to check the room this time. Another issue was we were rejected when we asked the concierge to help us book a restaurant nearby as our esim cannot make calls. We decided to approach the other lady and it happened she was the duty manager. Without hesitation she called the restaurant to do the booking for us. Room was quite spacious but the house keeping did not vacuum the floor in the first 2 nights. Twice the lift button were reset and went down to level 1 when we were at level 15 (we had tapped our card when we entered). Price is also on the high side.

le bruit de la climatisation / ventilation la taille des serviettes de bain qui à mon avis sont bien trop grandes. il faut penser à la planète! il manquait une boite de mouchoirs la situation géographique de l'hôtel
