Priamo z hotela sme mohli navštiviť vystavu. Personal profesionálny, vyhoveli všetkým požiadavkám. Večeru sme mali na výber zo štyroch jedalných lístkov. Tradičná kuchyňa, švédské stoly, 24h objednávka priamo na izbu alebo bar, kde boli tiež jedlá. Možný skorší chek-in na izbu kvôli rannému letu.

Very good location to Bakery China. Good food and very corporative staff.
I booked for a Jounior suite but std room having much better facilities like wall to wall cupboards and there is a passage inside the room which cannot unitize. Only to enter the room. I paid double more than the my friends normal room . Next time I will book std room.

Hotel Interior is fantastic. If you would like to book Airport Taxi, you can contact Hotel concierge, they will book fixed rate taxi for you. Concierge booked 6 seater luxurious taxi to Pudong Airport for 65 CNY.

Location is perfect if you are traveling to NECC exchibition center for the show. You can enter the center via 2nd flour of the hotel. No queueing at central entrance
It is not that we did not like it, but sauna area in SPA center could be a bit more developed.

It’s within walking distance to the convention center, staff are professional and hospitable. Very helpful as well. Love the spa facilities, and the bar - BRU.
Distance from some attractions, and how hectic traffic can get. And oh, shower water leaking in the loo, there’s a hole in the shower seat that needs to be sealed but wasn’t addressed by the staff during our 5 day stay. Still good though, not really bothersome.

Most of the staff can't understand English, you can communicate with some.
You can't sit in the outside facilities as you will suffer from mosquitos

Breakfast spread was good and delicious.
Hurt my feet on a metal inlay that is jagged inside the room. The hotel needs better maintenance on this. Very difficult to get taxis from the hotel.

The staff is simply excellent.
The room was a little hot and quite dry. Shanghai was dry during my stay, but I was surprised wake up feeling drier than Michigan’s winter.

Great breakfast, incredibly accommodating staff, beautiful pool. Loved our stay there- very convenient for the Minhang area.

The location was great and the breakfast was amazing. The club benefits are excellent, especially the afternoon tea. I strongly suggest you upgrade to it because it's good value for money. The facilities are good and the room is very comfortable.
There was a small mix up regarding fees but the deputy manager Sherry quickly rectified the situation which I am thankful for her fast response and good customer service skills!
It is only a small thing I know but there should be tissues on the table when you're having breakfast because I am a messy eater and often need something to wipe my hands with tissue. It's a bit inconvenient to have to ask the waiter to get me some tissues. It's not the end of the world I know but just a suggestion for how they could do things better.
