One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
The hotel’s gym, jacuzzi, and spa facilities were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. After a good workout, relaxing in the jacuzzi and indulging in a spa treatment was the perfect way to unwind.
A special thank you to Mr. Shabib at the front desk. His professionalism and kindness stood out during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, upgrading me to a suite even though my stay was only for one night before driving to Salalah. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable.

Kamers waren groot en schoon. Locatie is goed.
We vroegen om 2 kamers naast elkaar maar dat was niet mogelijk hoewel er nauwelijks gasten waren. Toen we daar aankwamen hoorden we dat het zwembad dicht was. Erg vervelend met 35 graden en 2 kinderen. Hotel is sfeerloos, onoverzichtelijk en veel te duur voor wat ze bieden. Het leek alsof het niemand ook maar iets scheelde. Bij het uitchecken vroegen ze dus ook niet wat we van ons verblijf vonden.

The old wordly feel of the hotel. The interior was grandiose and pristine.
The outdoor area needs an update. The swimming pool had green moss around the sides and was not best maintained. We dix visit during Ramadan time which could have had some bearing on this perception.

The staff was amazing specially Ali at the reception. Due to the EID holiday and the hotel being almost full they had to delay our checkin a little bit. However, Mr. Ali was amazing and offered us a room upgrade plus late checkout for the inconvenience. Moreover, when he knew it was the birthday of one us he took the liberty and arranged for a birthday cake by himself. The rooms are really big and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from. They have access to the public beach. They have a nice pool bar as well as pool restaurant with sheesha.
I just feel like it’s an old hotel that needs a little bit of refreshing in terms of furniture and lighting.

Great somewhat faded decor. The staff we met couldn't have been nicer & more professional. Abdullah T at breakfast was extremely polite & helpful, and the Nepalese concierge was excellent too. Thank you both very much indeed; you couldn't have been kinder.
The fact that our bedroom overlooked a building site. The workers got going at about 0500 hours and two JCBs, a Komatsu and someone hammering corrugated iron didn't exactly enable a lie-in. However, I have a feeling that those who book into 5-star hotels through websites like Booking.com are regarded as second class citizens .... so "give them any old room regardless of problems" is the norm. Our fault therefore! Make no mistake though, it's a lovely hotel probably best suited for the older generation

Great room, big, comfortable bed,nice bathroom. Checked us in at 6am. Staff are great. Pool nice with lots of sunbeds. The sports bar was ok, very expensive alcohol - but that's to be expected. Overall a good place to stay and not too far from everything.
Not much to dislike at this hotel. Might be getting a little tired but still good value.

The main advantage of this hotel its exceptional, wonderful, native Omani-styled lobby. Every minute spent there is unforgettable.
It is a pretty old hotel and its facilities mostly are ... a little bit tired. The Tuscany restaurant is good enough but it is not 5* hotel restaurant for sure. The pool is small and the bar there didn't work. The SPA facilities and the Club lounge zone are also very old and need renovation... They are not bad, but you are expecting usually a little bit more from a 5* hotel ...

size and location to the beach
the hotel was empty yet I was given a room with no balcony. I was moved once I was seen climbing out the window. I was moved rooms. The room I was moved to had a dirty mark on the bath. There was a hole in the curtain from a cigarette and in both rooms the lamps did not work. 2nd room had a fan but I could not locate the switch. it’s a beautiful location and nice size hotel but the hotel could use some updating.

The installations are beautiful.
We had a big problem with the concierge service. They booked a snorkeling trip to the Dymaniat Islands and the van didn't show up on the day of the trip. My family waited at the reception at the time scheduled for 2 hours and the concierge told us they were coming, but they never showed up. When they finally admitted the van wouldn't show up they told us they couldn't do anything to help us. And that was the most disappointing experience I've ever had in a Hyatt hotel.

I had the pleasure of spending my vacation at this stunning hotel, and I can only say that everything went wonderfully. From start to finish, my stay was simply perfect. The hotel provided a first-class experience in every aspect.
The food was delicious, and I enjoyed every meal to the fullest. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. It was evident that the hotel management is top-notch, as the staff worked with great joy and dedication. I especially want to thank Rakesh, the hotel manager, and congratulate him on his excellent team, including Asthley, Josiah,, Zaidi, Khadija, Nuwangav, as well as the talented chef. Astley is not only a lovely young woman but also incredibly sweet and attentive. It almost seemed like she could read my thoughts. Every wish I expressed was fulfilled with joy.
The hotel truly offered everything one could wish for. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were comfortable and stylishly furnished. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was always ready to make the guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. I thank you Mizanur for his wonderfull work and that he clean our room with so much attention.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Rakesh and his excellent team. They made my stay an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers luxury, first-class service, and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend this hotel.
