Location and friendliness of everyone
Need to add chairs around infinity pool. More activities at pool besides just bingo. Pool aerobics would be a plus. Need some night activities.

The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. I especially appreciated Erwin who always was genuinely interested in our stay and eager to help.
For the most part, the stay was great. There were little weird things that were odd: the towel attendants seemed angry all the time (maybe they were), the attendant who handles the chairs on the beach covers way too much territory so it took a half hour for him to unlock chairs, and housekeeping didn't replenish the shampoo/conditioner.

The beds. The beds. The beds. : different rooms. And the beds were torture in each one. You can see they are disgusting, old, and unable to sleep on. I slept on the couch. And a few times on a pull out bed. Git up in pain every single day.

The location was clean and beautiful. The service was great! Such kind and helpful people! The concierge, Jesus, saved our trip with his planning!
Sea breeze could’ve been a better restaurant. I also wish there was a shuttle of sorts from the hotel to the airport and vice versa.

The Hotel is very close to Eagle Beach, which was very beautiful. The resort pool was also nice. The food on the resort was very good as well, I didn’t need to travel any were for a great meal all I needed was at the resort.
We got a one bedroom suite however, we were put right next to a building that was in construction. I didn’t here any noise at night, but in the morning there were some occasional back up beeping from various work trucks.
