Good location at the entrance to Monchengladbach Airport. OK with the check in procedure. Access code and keybox. Nice clean room.

Music party downstairs in the bar and outside garden until 2am but maybe just unlucky on the timing of my visit. Aircon wasn't very cooling on a hot night.

old, unrenovated hotel. NO breakfast at all!!! The reception is almost always closed both in the morning and in the evening, it works only during the day, when everyone living at meetings and going about their business. Beds are narrow and uncomfortable. The rooms are lit with such weak bulbs that you can hardly see anything, it's dark. Constant noise from a disco nearby. I would not recommend anyone to rent a room there. Plus to this "comfort" super high prices.

Friendly staff and owner who look after you, you can turn to them with any request or difficulty you might have. Lively events are hosted here on the regular!

Lively events are hosted here on the regular - that can be both a good or a not so good thing, depending on what you fancy. I fancied the party atmosphere at their venues but I did NOT fancy not finding parking right by the Hotel because of said party (luckily there is plenty of public parking space by the highway bridges right across the hotel though, so it was more of an inconvenience than a problem).

There was no kitchen staff. So no food

After non-refundable booking I received the information that a late check-in would cost me almost the cost of the booking itself. After engaging with Booking.com customer service and the hotel I have still been charged on my credit card. Very disappointed in both.

Absolutely nothing

Don't even think about going here! One of our keys wasn't working when we arrived at night. When we called the emergencynumber the owner was incredibly rude and didn't want to help us. He said 'you need to wait until 10 am, then someone will open the door for you!' I explained again that I didn't do anything wrong, but that it was impossible to enter my room. The owner told me again that he couldn't help me and that the best option was to book another hotel. In the middle of the night. I slept on the floor and the next morning we found a lady who could open our room. Also, the day after, or a week later, we didn't hear anything. No excuses, no refund. Nothing. I have visited many, many countries and also many places in Germany. But I never had an experience like this. So rude! I will warn everyone:don't go here! And booking.com: remove this horrible place from your list.
