Alles alt und schmutzig. Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Ich würde das Hotel niemals empfehlen. Überall Tauben, viel Dreck. Es stinkt in den Zimmern

Das Hotel in dem ehemaligen Palast ist mit allen Details ausgestattet, um es zu einem in jeder Hinsicht einmaligen Erlebnis macht, dort für einen begrenzten Zeitraum zu bleiben.

Das Einzige, was mir etwas unverständlich erscheint ist, warum ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse es nötig findet, den Transport zum Flughafen extra zu berechnen.

The breakfast was good, the garden is beautiful, the view is very nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. The shops are unique. The concept is very nice.

This is a beautiful, but very old place, a landmark, and needs modernization.

Location was excellent. Service was at a high level as you would expect from a Taj property. Shruti was a standout. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, all with views. The evening shows were a treat.

If you like your room to be below 24 degrees, this place isn’t for you. The room hovered between 24-25 degrees. We were also surprised that there was no bidet or hose in the bathroom. Bathroom was small, as is often the case in historic buildings.

We were told that we had to stay a night here if we visited Udaipur, and despite the high cost for this time of year (peak wedding season), we are so glad we did. What a beautiful, historic place. The hotel was very responsive about arranging an airport pick-up for when we landed in Udaipur, and the transition from airport to jetty/boat to hotel was very smooth. We were only staying for one night, but the hotel upgraded us to a 3x higher level room, which was an amazing heritage suite; the upgrade really made the experience. Service throughout the stay was exemplary. Thank you especially to Jasbinder with the front desk/concierge, who helped us with so much. Strongly recommend the heritage tour/walk of the hotel and the sunset boat cruise. The Neel Kamal restaurant and Jarokha restaurant were both super good.

Our one less positive experience was with the Bhairo restaurant, which felt quite overpriced for the quality of the food. Better to go to Neel Kamal or Jarokha!

Everything is exceptional. The most beautiful place to stay. The views, the facilities, the rooms, the gardens and even the bot ride to arrive is exceptional.

The standard of the Indian restaurant was not great. Very standard. The breakfast was also average with basic presentation and service. Not what I would expect after having Paus so much for the room.
