The location and a balcony overlooking the lake are wonderful. Great restaurant with delicious food and outdoor area. Lovely modern rooms .

Unfortunately there was a party at a nearby tennis club that went for over 12 hrs with extremely loud pumping music that made our stay very irritating, sitting on the balcony impossible and sleeping difficult. The hotel has no lift. We are in our sixties and no one offered to carry our suitcases up a long flight of stairs. Towels to use at the lake and a small fridge in the room would have been appreciated.

I appreciated having a balcony with a nice view. I also very much liked the many sitting areas in the public areas of the hotel.

The bathroom as a little too compact.

Everything. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cuisine, very clean, close to the ski slopes in Eschah, wonderful location close to hiking trails.

Located near to the city and also ski trekking areas. Room was very comfortable and quite big having a nice view. Very good breakfast.

The staff and kitchen were superb! Very clean.

A lot of (especially older) guests ignore the social distancing signs posted all over the hotel during breakfast buffet times. Would have been nice if the staff could have reminded guests or enforced this.
