Many complaints for reception staff. - Before check-in, got many calls from reception for checking schedule - Reception accept early check-in (2pm) on the phone, however when we arrived staff said No room. - When I use international credit card, Reception said unable to use, But we found she used wrong scanning machine - Reception provide alternative room with booked accommodation fee, another reception staff ask me to confirm fee after we enter the room. - Bellboy bring my suitcase to my room, but no greeting even if I said "Thank you"

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the city centre. The metro for line 1 entrance can be excess through the mall of the hotel and very convenient for travel to attractions. Restaurants can be found in the mall and nearby area.

As the lobby is also part of the mall, everyone can entered to the hotel area. The room was supposed to be a non smoking one but it was full of the awful smoked smell when I first entered. The pillow and bed were not comfortable.

The hotel is connected to a very nice mall with a lot of dining options including Starbucks, McDonalds, American Legends Bar and Grill, and many others. But the best part of the hotel stay was the incredible staff. Leo in the breakfast buffet area was extremely helpful and great to talk with. Lina in the lobby was really nice and gave us great advice on locations to visit and Lawrence saved my vacation by helping me get my cell phone back after I accidentally left it in a DiDi. The staff consistently went above and beyond. In addition, the facilities are great and we will definitely return. But I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff for making our trip a memorable one!

Loved the cleaning staff and how well made the room was. The cleaning staff who left a written note in our room made the experience a lot more personalised and special, highly commend her! The snacks left great too! The concierge was extremely helpful and always go out of their way to give the best services!

The wifi signal was weak and there could have been more utensils and plates for convenience. The rain shower was also weak, preferred to use the normal shower head. Furthermore, there was a confusion during the check in where we were overcharged due to a misunderstanding. I feel that they could have been more thorough. However we have yet to be refunded and are waiting for the bank statement to show that it has been done.
