View is stunning, and the balcony was great to appreciate it. Very original and nice decor. Cleanliness and aesthetics of the place in general. Comfortable beds. Really pleasant neighbourhood. Easy to find parking in the vicinity. Also, we had booked a room for 4 and instead they gave us two communicating rooms - which was a very pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was a comedown. Coffee mostly from machines, no fresh juices, pastries felt a bit stale. Honestly I would go back, but grab breakfast outside... though it is a pity, view from the breakfast room and balcony is stunning.

We Turned up and straight away they greet you, and you feel very welcome, the hotel was very clean (room see below ), The hotel itself is in a great position overlooking the see, very romantic.The breakfast was very good, a nice selection, The staff was excellent very helpful, we absolutely loved it here, we will defiantly go back 🤩 They had a free bus service to the town center, that ran all day, which was a great touch, although you can walk it in 15 mins,

We arrived and got our room, we was put in a very small box room next to the lift, As it was our Anniversary we asked if there was any chance we could be moved, they did find us a lovely new room with a sea view, but it came with a price of £90 extra a night on top !! Which out of season on top of what we paid was a little expensive, but when your already there you have no choice really, The room was fantastic though, if you want a romantic holiday, this is the one, but buy the upgrade first 😎

Fabulous hotel, location, staff and the food!!! The restaurant was amazing!! The type of food you want to savour while eating because you don't want the experience to end! Great cocktails too! We stayed in this amazing hotel for the first leg of our 2 week honeymoon and I really can't wait to go back. The staff were so amazing, but I have to give a shout out to Mariana who went above and beyond to accommodate us, was so helpful in organising trips etc.

I don't like that I live so far away from this hotel.

The hotel has events weddings every night and it's quiet noisy. our bath wasn't that clean. Beds not comfortable. Price per 4 stars not in center too high

Beautiful and clean. Staff was very good. front desk was very knowledgeable. We had an early morning car ride so we were to miss the breakfast. They packed us a breakfast to go bag which was great.

Far from town but the shuttle was good. He doesn’t run from noon until 5pm however so you’d have to plan accordingly.

The hotel interior is pleasant and comfortable. It appeared that the lobby, dining, pool and guest room areas all had ocean views. The hotel operation was professionally run. All front of the house employees were bilingual. Above all, the staff was pleasantly accommodating which made our stay most enjoyable.

Only suggestion would be to add a box of tissues in the guestrooms.

The staff at the hotel are excellent. They are so knowledgeable and charming and there is nothing they won’t try to do for you. The three ladies on reception were so helpful. The hotel is beautiful. We had a lovely terraced room with a sea view. The location of the hotel was perfect. It’s just outside Sorrento so when it’s busy in the centre it’s lovely to return to the haven of your beautiful hotel. Only downside to location is there’s not much to walk to in the area. However they have a shuttle bus that takes you into town.

Breakfast was very basic. It was the same everyday. When you’re staying for a week you need a little more choice. However the staff in the restaurant were excellent.

Fabulous greeting on arrival, Maryann was lovely to deal with. Recommended some wonderful tours, lemon tour and the sorrento cooking class with Anna Maria. Loved the room with seaview, great size, storage and balcony, wonderful terrace for breakfast and drinks, fabulous swimming pool with Sunbeds and umbrellas - with a superb view!

pool closed at 7 pm and this was very disappointing to us, as certainly looked forward to a swim “with a view” (the weather was 35 C during our July visit) after our daily adventures

The room was very nice with an exceptional view. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Breakfast had a very nice selection of delicious items. The staff was very attentive to your every need. Being we were not right in Sorento the hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town and had regular drop off and pick up times. The only thing that may be better is to have more frequent pick ups mid day.

There is nothing that I have to report for dislikes at this hotel. It was a wonderful stay.

The staff at Corallo hotel went out of there way to make us feel at home. We we're given a five star service - and had extremely friendly customer service throughout. The hotel Is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view of the harbour. It's slightly out of the way - and away from the some of busier streets in Sorrento - which can be a bit fumey.
