The calm and peaceful atmosphere. The location in the sea is beautiful. The sense of history surrounding it makes it even more interesting.
The only recommendation would be to have a better breakfast assortment.

Netjes en schoon
Zeer sober.

Peccato.

The location and staff were terrific. After coming back to the hotel after walking around all day it was nice to sit outside and have some cocktails. The garden area was very relaxing.
Our room was on the top floor. The first day there the elevator broke and stayed broken. We would have to walk down 4 flights of stairs. These were spiral stairs so not the easiest to walk down. I think I counted 88 steps. They did have someone carry our luggage down on the day we left. Breakfast was very minimal. Do not expect anything fancy. The restaurant was closed due to private party's. That wasn't that bad because there were great places to eat around the hotel within walking distance. The rooms could use some updating.

The location of the hotel is excellent with Great views of the sea. The staff were excellent and the facilities were exceptionally clean would definitely recommend to all.

Great room, great location. Exceptional views of the ocean.
Breakfast should be improved. Eggs should be included (whether simply boiled or scrambled) + basic sandwiches (including vegetarian) + fruit.

Incredible view and very quite.
A bit far from the town centre, but manageable.

The property was absolutely beautiful… The buildings, the grounds the surrounding area… It was
Breathtaking!
we couldn’t get the room to cool off… They kept saying they were setting it cooler… We could not control the air conditioning from our room. We had to go to the desk or call the desk about it… It was never cool enough

Nothing

The location is great! seaside villa, easy walk into Sorrento. It is just on the outskirts which meant fewer crowds, for more relaxation.
walls between bedrooms were a little thin so we could hear our neighbors talking. or maybe they were just very loud

The location of the hotel is 10/10, nothing can be taken away from the views quiet setting and away from busy roads. Idyllic. The renovation has take some time and money and the standard of work is acceptable. Bathroom decent. Generally clean. The food at the restaurant was good, wine selected nice and the views from the glass enclosed terrace amazing. The staff were very friendly and the waiter at the bar and the restaurant was the only reason I am willing to give this property mid-range marks. Coffee exceptionally good (extremely strong) The rest can only be defined as missed opportunity which makes me truly sad as I am in the hospitality industry myself and would love to help them... A note to management- please read and listen to what your guests are telling you as you clearly do not based on the reviews from the past and the present state of your services.
Firstly, the property is owned by a religious order and call itself a "religious hotel" which was not known to us. It would have been an instant "no thanks". Crosses, saints and other items is not what we were looking for for my partners' birthday weekend. The hotel does not have a comfy lounge room where one can enjoy a drink. The one big hall that is there has two couch areas for 30+ rooms and it has the reception practically "in it". Can't help but feel being watched and participate in concierge's phone calls. the 100 square meters room could have been arranged in cozy 4 or even 5 cozy hang-outs but instead it is a cold, un-inviting space with book cases, harsh white light, and table with chairs. This would have been fine if rooms were not jam-packed with brown useless furniture and nowhere to sit relax and read. I had to plug in my phone in the bathroom as there are...no electric sockets! there was only one bedside lamp (!). Clearly whoever designed this room was either clueless or did not care if the guests are comfortable. One sleeps under picnic blankets, with only sheet underneath them. This lack of taste continues to the restaurant which was lit by white led lights, no candles were offered for a cozy feel, there was no music (italian? light jazz?) and when we joked we are done with hearing other guests' conversations, radio was "tried out" with the most ridiculous static noise and thankfully turned off after 5 minutes. At that point we burst in laughter as it was a complete failure of what could have been a memorable evening.
Now the worst of the worst: the breakfast... served in the poorly decorated underground- views for only 2 tables, the rest of guests get to look at the wall despite cliff-side location!!. The "breakfast" was grotesque with its 5 choices was the definition of what not to eat. We ate there once and found a proper cafe in town. No fruit, no veggies, no eggs.

The property sits in a spectacular location. the check in people were very nice. The family room ( 2 adults and 2 children) was generous in size and clean. The decoration on the room was functional. The breakfast was included in the room price. It was ok. The garden and views are quite spectacular. the property is located in Sant'Agnello, close to Sorrento. The village has its own train station before the Sorrento stop. maybe around 800 meters from the hotel. From there we walked 35’’ to get to Sorrento or use taxi from Sorrento and paid 15 euro. All in all a fantastic place!

Stayed here just one night but loved it. The rooms are quiet and clean and basic but the terrace just off the lobby that overlooks the bay of Naples offer such spectacular views we spent a lot of our time there. They also have a nice little bar restaurant right there and can easily sit on terrace and order drinks and some food. The gentleman at the bar, I believe his name is Giuseppe, was outstanding and helpful. Thank you Giuseppe!! Beautiful garden area in walled compound of hotel. Breakfast was really good with selection of pastries, cheese and meat and superb cappuccinos. Would stay here again if the opportunity comes up again! Thank you Villa Crawford!

The view was breathtaking. The villa was located in a very central location and easily walkable. Beautiful grounds and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly.
That I did not have more time to stay and enjoy the restaurant.

Location, history and budget
Shower is too small. Queen bed is made of two twin mattress. Room furnitures are old fashioned. Breakfast lack fruits.

The setting was gorgeous and the gardens were lovely. A beautiful and safe environment. Plus, the staff were excellent!
Rooms were pretty basic with narrow beds but very clean. The bathroom needed some maintenance. Breakfast was simple and unremarkable, but it was included in your rate.

Amazing views. Sea side rooms preferably. The concierge told us where to go and explained about parking 15EUR per week and you can park in this particular region. Yachts are coming to have a view of this hotel from the sea. Also park area is just amazing.
No double bed, it is separate beds which can move very easy. There is a bar have closed after the first order and did not tell us maybe we want to order something, after we went to dinner we saw that bar was seated with some local people enjoying drinks but for guests, it was closed. Also, they had an amazing opportunity to go down to the sea directly from the hotel but it is closed for safety reasons as I understand for a long time. We had only one night of neighborhood and easily hear everything that was said or even snoring during the sleep!

The location was amazing, with a beautiful view.
The breakfast was alright, it was a fantastic view but it was a little variety to eat, it could have been improved with some fruits and eggs.
