Location is best in town, however absolutely no investment into any upgrades. Terrible furniture, bathroom drawer came apart when opening. No space to place anything in the bathroom. Rooms very small. Hallways from the middle ages...no water in the room upon arrival.

Nice hotel in a central location. Good to see Spoleto. The room was clean. Good breakfast served in the garden.
Very small room. We could hear the TV from the neighboring room which was a bit annoying and we had the feeling to have paid too much for what we got.
