We paid extra to stay in a "Charme" room and it was absolutly lovely with double aspect views and a wrap-around balcony
All the staff were very friendly and helpful with a high standard of customer service. The room was cleaned each day to a very high standard. The private beach facility was a cut above the rest with good quality towels and fresh water provided on arrival and a good quality restaurant at the beach for lunch.
We didn't make use of the spa facilities, but the pool on the beach looked very nice and well managed
The only negative feedback I would give is that while the bathroom was to a high standard and robes and slippers are provided, they only provided one small tube of showergel a day. This is a very tiny complaint in what was a very high standard and enjoyable stay, but when it's hot and you're on the beach etc one small tube is not enough.

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were all extremely friendly, the facilities were all clean and well appointed. Loved the spa and found the location just right!

Real downside was the bed which was so hard we slept extremely badly.

Everything the hotel has an impact on is great. Room, food, service, parking, beach.
However at night there is a lot of noise from the bars/restaurants accross the street. When travelling with children who dont stay up very late, this is annoying. if you yourself will be out at night, then this is not a bother for you and you’ll have a great stay

We had two nice days in this hotel, enjoying an excellent service from the first minute on. Because of the last-minute booking there was only the comfort room available (no sea view). That room was nothing special, facing another building but clean and in general ok.
The breakfast was very good offering a big variety of food - especially compared to other italian hotels.
The beach service (which was included in the price) was phenomenal with a motivated young team making your stay comfortable.

I come here regularly for work and I love staying at Terrazza Marconi, because I love the People, how close it is to the sea and the spa is perfect to relax. :) Super well done
Sadly for everyone arriving by car it is a bit of a nightmare to find parking if you should arrive arround lunchtime. However, there are no negatives about the Hotel :)
