Il ristorante sopra l'hotel. Con una vista stupenda sul lago.

Il materasso del letto e i cuscini. Sicuramente consiglierei di investire un pò sulla comodità di entrambi perché un buon riposo migliora sicuramente la vacanza

Kylpylän puoli aika pieni, mutta ihan mukava päästä saunaan reissussa. Perusaamiainen. Ei mitään ihmeellistä mutta ei mitään valitettavaa myöskään. Polkupyörien ilmainen lainaaminen oli plussaa.

Wifi ei oikein toiminut kunnolla meidän huoneistossa. Meillä oli iso huoneisto ja wifi toimi lähinnä olohuoneessa ja sielläkin vaihtelevasti.

Personalet

Hotellet og fasiliteter. Reklamen sier at en kan kose seg med barna ved bassenget, men realiteten er at barn ikke har adgang på ettermiddagen, det må bestilles tid og det koster 18 EUR pr pers. Bassenget er også lite. Det lukter i heis og ganger. Selv om en varsler med alle avgifter inkludert så skal de ha by takst i tillegg. På reservasjonssiden så oppgis rommet vi valgte til å være 190 kvm. Men reelt så vil jeg anslå det til å være 60 kvm.

The wellness spa was very good but I didn't realise guests had to book in and pay an additional cost. Breakfast was nice and there was a good choice available. There was a very friendly helpful waitress. The family room was pleasant (and enormous).

The pictures are misleading. I was expecting beautiful views of the lake but I didn't see the lake from the hotel at all. There is a dilapidated building in front of the hotel and mesh on the dining room balcony both of which obscure the view. I was surprised that guests do not automatically get to use the wellness centre for free. It is not cheap! But it is very nice and worth a visit. Some of the reception staff were a little cold and standoffish. The hotel is an odd layout inside. There are a mixture of offices and rooms on the ground floor and the dining area upstairs and the wellness centre tucked away down a corridor and a separate lift. Its like a maze and easy to get lost.

Per essere 4 stelle dovrebbero migliorare le camere...arredi datati e alcuni servizi mal funzionanti

Pulizia, dimensioni della camera, il bagno, l'arredamento la posizione, la Spa tutto molto bello e curato. La gentilezza del personale. La terrazza vista lago.

Piccoli particolari:: Non funzionava il bagno turco e non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere. Ci si è rotto un bicchiere, abbiamo avvisato la reception che c'erano i vetri in camera, han detto che avrebbero mandato subito a pulire però non è arrivato nessuno. C'è però da considerare che era l'8 dicembre. Vista moto bella, peccato che era ostacolata in parte da un palazzo tutto rovinato.
