Минусы:
Номер не 20м2 как заявлено в описании, не более 10-12 м2 с учетом туалета и душа;
Не работает кондиционер, душно, окна не открыть так как всю ночь кто то гремит - вывоз мусора и прочие шумы;
Кровать двуспальная - не удобная, размер менее 150 см по ширине, подушки дубовые, только одно одеяло, матрас дубовый, ощущение влажности от белья;
Комплементарной воды в номере нет;

Sehr schönes Hotel am Ende der Altstadt, direkt am Wasser. Parken auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Stadt war kein Problem. Shuttle Service wurde vom Hotel angeboten. Die Vaporetto-Linie vorm Hotel geht nicht direkt nach Venedig. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Lagune.

Super Lage und herrlich authentische Zimmer. Frühstück für ital. Hotel ausergewöhnlich gut. Personal freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Shuttel zur Hoteleigenen Garage funktioniert problemlos.

The staff here are exceptional. They are unfailingly helpful, always very friendly and appear to love their jobs as they are so happy!
The hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking the harbour and at the end of the main street, so really close to everything in Chioggia. The beach in Sottomarina is an easy 25 min walk too.
Our superior Laguna was very comfortable and a pleasure to come back to with a really comfortable bed. It was quiet too which is always a bonus.
Breakfast was good. There is a plentiful selection of fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses and hot breakfast items etc. The breakfast room overlooks the harbour on the 2nd floor which is a lovely way to start the day
We had one 'gift' of a bottle of water on arrival but thereafter it was chargef for,- bit mean? We have travelled extensively and it is quite usual to provide at least one bottle per day.

The staff was so helpful. The hotel was quiet and relaxing and the neighborhood was great. The availability of bikes was a bonus. The restaurant was great.

Great location right in town. Modern property with exceptional staff Restaurant and bar connected to property.
Room was on the small side but nicely decorated and we spent little time there so wasn’t an issue. We were staying there prior to a cruise and it wasn’t as close as we had hoped. There is a shortage of taxis in Chioggia so be aware of this and book a taxi through the hotel in advance. they were awesome about getting us priority access and we saw others that struggled with transportation.

Great location on the edge of the lagoon; numerous bars and restaurants a short walk away; hotel decoration was fresh and contemporary, though the building retains its early twentieth-century charm. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, all of it of a good quality. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful.
Chioggia is like a miniature version of Venice - canals, views of the lagoon, history, charm; but also much less busy and much less expensive. It's a great place for a quiet break by the water.
If you book a room overlooking the lagoon, beware that water-busses call by noisily from early in the morning to late at night - if you have your window open you will hear them!

The position of the hotel is the best possible in Chioggia. We liked the hotel atmosphere and design. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. And a special note - this hotel is really pet friendly. It is not just that they accept your pets, they really accomodate them remarkebly , thinking about all the details. Thank you, it was a lovely experience.

We don’t really do breakfast. Our only problem was our own confusion about how far away from Venezia the hotel is. I should have checked it out closer and We did like the full day we spent in Chioggia.

Stylish building with a great location right on the waterfront. Rooms comfortable and clean. Varied breakfasts. Good location for visiting the city, the surrounding area and Venice.
