Sea view room, pool area, location, kind receptionists and house keeping.

Very poor breakfast- only defrosted pastry, eggs with ham, melon and water melon. Yellow stretches on towels and bed sheets. In non-smoking room was tobacco smell. In toilet close to reception was a big mess.

Wir hatte ein Zimmer mit hervorragender Aussicht auf das Meer und Taormina. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt beim Stadtpark, zu Fuß zum Meer und zu allen Zielen in Taormina ist bequem möglich, von unten bringt euch ja die Seilbahn zurück. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich.

Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist wirklich mies. Ich hatte aber auch nicht beim Personal gefragt, ob ich gegen Aufpreis etwas besseres bekommen kann. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto anreist, ja, das ist richtig kompliziert, die anfahrt ist nur durch die ZTL-Zone möglich und das Hotel hat nicht allzuviele eigene Parkplätze - wir hatten einen bekommen, waren aber auch bei Minimalbelegung des Hotels im Januar da. Ich denke aber, das Personal wird bei dem komplizierten Prozess von Ansteuern mit Auto und Parken sicher hilfreich zur Seite stehen.

Soggiornare al Taormina Park Hotel è senz'altro un privilegio per diversi motivi: la vista spettacolare del golfo di Giardini Naxos e dell'Etna innevata; la comodità del parcheggio interno per chi viene in auto; la vicinanza al centro città; la colazione al mattino, con tutte quelle prelibate torte e i cornetti di vario tipo; la professionalità di tutto il personale, dalla reception a quello delle pulizie... Basta?

certamente è un Hotel dal passato importante e glorioso, perché al suo interno ha zone e materiali davvero di pregio come non se ne fanno più, ma appunto per questo meriterebbe il rinnovo di certe camere.

Chambre avec papier peint décollé au mur . La chambre mériterait un bon rafraîchissement! Le sauna et le jacuzzi n’étaient pas opérationnels ! Uniquement le bain turc disponible sur demande mais l’espace spa n’est pas adapté ! Pas de peignoir pour s’y rendre! pas de place pour déposer ses affaires.Piscine non chauffée.

Stor balkong med fantastisk utsikt över havet, Etna, bergen o staden. Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till restauranger, butiker, linbanan samtidigt som det var lugnt där hotellet låg. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Om man vill bada i pool på semestern ska man inte bo på detta hotell då poolen var helt grön av alger. Synd då själva poolområdet annars var lugnt och trevligt. Frukosten kunde ha kompletterats med grovt bröd och grönsaker i stället för 14 olika sorters kakor.

Fantastic View

After my second stay at the hotel, I could say that the only aspect that is worth it is the mesmerizing view from the balconies and the windows. One of the best-positioned hotels in the city and a nature that is one of a kind. However, this is not enough for a four-star hotel.

The staff is obviously reduced, which affects the service immensely. I am really sorry for the hardworking people and their ridiculous working environment where their effort is going to waste. The management should change things up if they do not want to lose clients. The breakfast experience was a complete disaster. You have to ask for cutlery separately. If you choose to have breakfast outside during the summer, be ready for a swamp of hornets and hungry pigeons that will not give you peace. If you want to sit inside, be ready for dirty tables and arm yourself with lots of patience. The breakfast quality does not live up to the brilliant Sicilian cuisine, which is unfortunate. The coffee has nothing to do with the proper Italian one. The bar is overpriced. In general, Taormina has become really expensive while the overall service is dropping. The towels are to be collected from the reception (deposited, in theory), which does not seem right. The jacuzzi is not pre-heated, which is a put-off. The receptionists are not the friendliest. The phone was not working. The shower gels are not changed regularly, and their amount is ridiculously small. In my case, I was supposed to ask for additional ones to take a shower. The bathroom facilities are old and on the brink of breaking. No slippers are provided. Although the pool has its own robot pool cleaner, it cannot clean the walls or all surfaces. In terms of hygiene, I do not believe it covers the standards. Overall, there are plenty of details and red flags that cannot be ignored. Hopefully, the shortcomings will be improved in the future.

L’hôtel a un charme désuet, et les couleurs sont un peu sombres. Néanmoins le confort n’en souffre pas.

The view was amazing! Martina, the bartender at the pool was the best. She deserves a raise!

Very well located within Taormina with great views over the coast and very easy to get into town and close to all the main sights.

Annoying to come back after a day sightseeing to find no seats by the pool because the ones that were not occupied were being 'reserved' by a towel

The location of the hotel is excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the centre and a few really fabulous restaurants nearby. The staff were excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, varied and plentiful. Allessandra was particularly helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a fourth floor room and the views are amazing… most rooms have sea views and it’s one of the best views of mount Etna in the area! There is a bus stop that’s a few mins walk away so it’s easy to get into Naxos (€2 euros instead of a €25 taxi) and down to the station (€1.50 instead of €25) Isola Bella beach is just a 25 minute (steep) decent down. Taormina is a really lovely place to visit and plenty to do here.

We had booked this hotel because it had a pool and as a few previous reviews mentioned, it wasn’t too appealing. It’s a shame really as it’s the only thing that let the hotel down.

La vue mer est exceptionnelle, nous avons assisté au coucher de soleil sur l'Etna avec un Spritz sur le balcon de la chambre. Possibilité de parking (capacité limitée) pour 15€ appréciée car il y a très peu de places à Taormina. L'hôtel est à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre historique et de l’amphithéâtre. Nous nous sommes rendus à Isola Bella par les escaliers, belle ballade. L'hôtel est très propre.

La piscine pourrait être mieux entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner est moyen.

Older style retro 70’s hotel,

Pool a bit grimy, Breakfast was having to wait for selections to be stocked up, waiting for eggs bacon cold selections to be replenished! Last day didn’t even want to take our omelette order! TV not working, aircon really noisy!

The location was absolutely breathtaking!! Take my advice and ask for a room with a sea view. We had a family executive room and there was one bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the other (sitting?) room. Not quite what we expected, but ok. Bathroom was through the sitting room.

Very, very dated decor.

We couldn't believe the view we had from our room. Incredible. The included breakfast was a buffet style with hot food, cereals and desserts. Saved us heaps of money as Taormina is expensive to dine in.The room itself was spacious and the bathroom included a bath! Location is across from the gardens and a short walk from the main street, teatro, and cable car station. One of our best accommodations so far in Italy

When checking in the front desk was unattended and we stood around waiting for a while only to find out that the person we were waiting on was the guy out front having a smoke who watched us walk in. We had a second experience of the same man leaving the desk unattended later on and 3 couples ended up waiting in the lobby with no staff in sight. I don't think this should reflect on all the staff as there was a very helpful woman attending the desk for the next few days.

Gołębie skaczące po stołach na których jeszcze nie posprzątano po jedzeniu i wydziobujące resztki jedzenia. Osy latające wokół talerzy.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Ortskern und zum antiken Theater. Guter Parkservice.

Das Hotel hat zwar historischen Charme, ist jedoch stark renovationsbedürftig. Eigentlich etwas heruntergekommen. Der Pool war verschmutzt und auch das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Vieles ist defekt.

abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e il letto erano 2 uniti e non un unico intero quindi scomodo la notte quando ti ritrovi col tuo compagno abbracciati e infilati nella fessura . Bocciato su questo !

Kein - wenig Wasser zum Duschen (und das wenige nur kalt!) Frühstück sehr schlecht. Kaffee für italienische Verhältnisse sehr schlecht. Preis-Leistung stimmt definitiv nicht. Pool sehr dreckig und alles ungepflegt.

It is close to the Greek Theater of Taormina

Disturbing LOUD low class quality music system with HORRIBLE MUSIC within the whole hotel. Music audible from your room. So annoying that be I SKIPT BREAKFAST just to avoid the uncomfortable atmosphere. Low class hotel. Totally inadequate for Taormina style. Horrible stuff vibes. Swimming pool inner walls dirty perfectly visible from your room window. I went to another lovely hotel to enjoy breakfast with a marvelous view of Taormina bay. I will never come back to this hotel. I booked because my usual hotel in Taormina (3 occasions this summer) was unfortunately fully booked.

Everything! It is very Sicilian, although many say thats its old school, I think that the vintage style really helps you experience Taormina fully, and the balcony view is amazing, we saw the eruption of Etna.
