Great place to stay. Staff really nice. Super room. Spa facilities great. Restaurant great. Car park brilliant. Would recommend.

horrible desk service.luggage was lost. i had no luggage. staff didn’t care. no help. had to wash my one shirt and undies in sink w small bar if soap. no us adapters, no hd adryer. took taxi to tie. to get toiletries and desk didn’t tell me everything closed. had to ask manager to get me a hairdryer in town. charged me plus paid for driver. no us adapters for my phone. mine were i. lost luggage.very arrogant manager. could not care less. got me a taxi to airport that charged double because it was early i.morning. big sign w 9 rating from booking at desk and they were horrible. no help w luggage and i gave disability. wud stay i. krakow next time. no one spoke any english.i should get a or aerial refund as service was horrible. breakfast was very poor. i got downstairs 45 minutes b4 ckusubg and no food left. no hot water or water pressure. very bad experience since my stay there was very emotional anyhow as i visited aushwitz to pay pay respect to list famuly members. i am 75 and wud not recommend this hotel to an american or person over 59 years old. first time using booking.com. i think i must go back to priceline for true evaluations if property. it shud have a zero rating. very disappointed. please call me to discuss also asked manager to call me if my luggage arrived from austrian air as i was in tour of concentration camp.no call.got back to the hotel and no luggage in room. went to desk and it was downstairs.cudnt call me or put our luggage in room and tell me it arrived. no help getting 3 suitcases to room. poorly run hotel with no services. i would like a credit of some sort and an apology for the behavior of the staff.

This is at least a 4-star hotel and we could not believe they only have 3. Everything is great, very friendly and helpful staff. The beds are excellent and the bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The room itself is spacious, elegant but not over-charged. Very nice terrace, parking is free and spacious, too. Every night of our stay we had dinner at the trattoria restaurant inside the hotel. Excellent dishes, healthy portions and very friendly and helpful staff.

The shower heads are a little bit small and the water pressure there is quite weak. Even though that was not a problem at all, it would be nice to fix this. Breakfast is nice but being vegan we would have liked to see more vegan options like sausage and cheese replacement products. Maybe add such an option during the booking process and I would not mind paying a surcharge.

Comfortable room, great breakfast, good parking lot. Nice place, where to return, when going to Energylandia. Option to buy Energylandia ticket in hotel with some discount. We really enjoyed our stay there.

easy to get around and feeling homey. I heard nice things about the brekky buffet but it did surpass my expectations - super tasty and a variety of things to choose. walking distance to the Olympic size swimming pool which I went to in the morning.

parking space would get crowded at night because of the restaurant that’s at the building but that wasn’t a big issue.

restaurant side room doesn’t equipped air conditioner then we had to open window but restart guests were noisy even over closing time.

Liked the Hotel as it’s a proper Polish property. Also the outside bar facilities allowed you to sit out and enjoy the evening weather.

No Air con or fan in the room, on the warm evening/night the room got hot and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also, there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which made arrival in the room a bit disappointing as after a long trip you just want a refreshing brew.

Excellent breakfast. Best hotel breakfast of my life. Very nice building, environment, atmosphere, everything was clean.

Hot rooms with no airconditioning, and the fridge was hot on the outside, like 100 degrees celsius, it was basically a small 'heater' that had to be disconnected... And it was empty. Only 1 small shampoo and shower gel for 2 people for 3 days in the hotel, I used all of it on the first day in one single showering. There was no refill of it, no cleaning of rooms, as is standard in almost all hotels i've been to. But appart from that, i recommend the hotel.
