Szczególnie podobał się przytulny pokój, ładne oświetlenie, było wszystko co potrzeba. Również przytulne lobby i dobrze nastrajająca sala śniadaniową. Dystrybutory z wodą na korytarzu. Szybkie windy. Późne wymeldowanie. Przechowalnia bagażu. Miła obsługa.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ,blisko do dworca PKP, przystanków tramwajowych,autobusowych, metra.W obiekcie czysto,obsługa miła.Po godzinach wymeldowania można zostawić bagaż w przechowalni.

W pokoju mimo ,że czysto to był bardzo dziwny nieprzyjemny zapach.Na całej ścianie budynku Metropol rozwieszona reklama z siatki, która zasłaniała widok z balkonu i okna.Łazienka czysta, ale inna niż na zdjęciach przy wybieranym pokoju(gorsza)

Very noisy, No smart TV in the whole hotel, no kids menu at the restaurant (bar closed at 22.00) very weak WiFi signal.

la cosa migliore dell'hotel è la posizione, molto comoda, per raggiungere i vari luoghi della città e, data la vicinanza con la stazione principale, anche altre città e l'aeroporto.

purtroppo le camere sono molto rumorose (danno perfino in dotazione tappi per le orecchie!). Sono anche piuttosto piccole, anche se razionali nell'arredo e nell'uso del poco spazio. Il bagno è ok ed è apprezzabile la presenza del distributore d'acqua, liscia e gassata, allo sbarco ascensori. Ci è sembrato molto negativo (e francamente non accettabile in una struttura a 3 stelle) che la pulizia della camera sia a richiesta. Gli spazi collettivi sono impersonali e anonimi, nell'insieme rivela il carattere di struttura concepita sullo standard sovietico. A qualcuno può piacere l'atmosfera. Non abbiamo provato la colazione, non inclusa nel prezzo.

Love the location but awful for noise 6am traffic beeping siren noise from police starting early morning . Wouldn't really recommend if you're a light sleeper

The location of the hotel is great to go and check out the city and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean and breakfast was great and Staff very helpful.

Parking is limited near hotel. Room was small than expected. Balcony view blocked by building screen. No fridge in room.

Amazing central location with access to everything. Modern rooms well equipped and very clean

The bar shuts very early (9.30-10pm ish) which means leaving the hotel later if you fancy a drink even if you’ve eaten in the hotel

В номері було дуже холодно, опалення та кондиціонер не працювали. Дуже брудна підлога, відсутність пляшки води в номері.

Everything was clean, the room did not have the dusty smell I am used to in hotels. The bed was comfortable with adequate sheeting and a good pillow. The restaurant is very good. The paid breakfast is a bit pricey for me and my partner because we do not eat as much in the morning but for someone who wants to charge up for the day it might be worth it.

For some reason, the hotel ran out of slippers for 3 days. I did not want to walk on the carpet with my bare feet and I did not have any slippers. I asked everyday for slippers and everyday they did not have any. I don't think this happens regularly but funnily enough this was the most annoying problem since I had to walk into the bathroom and wear plastic bags on my feet every time. Another negative is the noise of the area. I read reviews before coming so I knew this would be the case, but I was actually quite surprised by the amount of police cars that would constantly drive outside. Thankfully, this would really decrease at around 11pm so my sleep was not affected (keep in mind I was also really tired by the end of the day for all the nights).

Breakfast was good; location in city center; good transportation options and shopping possibilities.

Room renovation next to our room - a horrible noise started at 9 o'clock. They agreed to change our room for the 2nd night, but the new room was 2 floor higher and also there were renovation noises (far less than initial room).

We have paid top money for the room on 9th floor (room 901) only to get room without the windows, because hotel management decided to make extra income by covering two sides of the hotel with huge advertising banner, after complain, we were being told we can move to the other side of the hotel on lower floor that does not offer the view, so much for great hospitality, Our room had one toilet and shower and sink room, toilet is the size of Boeing737 toilet, which is surprise for the price of the room not to mention condition of the room and cleaning services. Cleaning service will only clean and change sheets when asked to do so, otherwise no one will clean your room change sheets or remove trash, we have stayed for 7 days and not even once room was cleaned. Save yourself money and do not pay 45zl/person for hotel's breakfast is not worth it

The size of room was very large. Fantastic experience. Very good breakfast. Big beds. Nice hotel for sure will return one day again.

Outside it is fantastic view but hard to enjoy it as windows is covered with big comercial tent. Of course its visible but not fully. Then as all large city its quit noisy. But it was not disturbing.
