The staff were very helpful, especially the cleaning staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The SPA had been closed since last year The hotel staff are excellent, but the English language or communication is rather poor. They did not know how to communicate with international Language English.

Some staff tried to help and used a goggle translator to communicate with them, plus I wanted to find out about the tourist information on the map they don't have one I looked at the Polish description which isn't comprehensive in explanation. Asked how to get to town they drew a diagram, but it wasn't clear but following it took me a bus but all are in polish. But asked Young students to speak English explaining I got to where I wanted to go.

the young lady who checked me in had just started in here role and was very friendly and nice and checked me in quickly, 10/10. the night shift girl was quite moody and rude. for a 5star hotel, the brew making facilities were rather stingy. and when I asked night shift staff for more, she didn’t have any apparently. the lovely old man got me some in the morning. disappointing attitudes really ruined this stay. the room was freezing at night and the radiator didn’t work, again, didn’t know what do about that. hotel seemed empty so could have moved my room

The hotel interior is elegant and old fashioned solid. The room had a fridge, a water kettle and an easy to use standard safe. The bathroom equipment worked fine and included a hair dryer.

Slippers are not provided and strangely there was no shampoo, only shower gel. My room was close to the elevator and I could ear it. Fortunately it was rarely in operation. The real drawback was the internet connection in the room which was too weak to be of any use.
