Some of the front desk staff seemed almost annoyed when guests arrived.

Hotel has a perfect location just in the city centre. We were provided with the perfect parking place for 14€ per night. The room was very beautiful but with a strange smell that was felt when you enter the room. Maybe it’s because of building - it is quite old. We enjoyed it.

That we could check in late and location was great! The staff was friendly and helpful! Decor was historic and ceiling was painted. Rooftop seating. Large room with balcony!

Gorgeous and well situated building in the city center. Well maintained and nicely decorated. With cosy reading corners inside and a lovely terrace on the roof top. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice breakfast buffet and generally friendly staff.

hotel is in the middle of the city, you can reach everywhere within 10 mins by walk. Staff very help especially Eliana from reception and lady in breakfast Service.I advise you to book superior room(I stayed in rn:403) it was very large, Fresca is the nice thing you can see in the morning. Breakfast varieties are more than usual, you need to try Panzerotti. Overall it was nice stay. thanks 🙏🏻

Great breakfast, big spacious room, location close to Rua Etna so all the important attractions within walking distance. Airconditioning (and heating) worked a treat. Bit of a walk to the train station but doable if it is not too hot.

Nothing too bad at all to mention. The only thing that I didn't like was the small water bottles in the room were charged at €1.50 each which was unexpected and excessive. My advise to all is there are a number of supermarkets within 10 min walk. Buy all your water there at fraction of the price.

Such a lovely property. Clean and quiet room. The hosts are super helpful and kind. It’s so enjoyable to have breakfast on the balcony. Various breakfast and coffee.

Very charming building and a lovely hotel. Spacious room, helpful staff, and a great terrace for breakfast with a beautiful garden underneath. The staff were very professional.

The socket by the night table is single, so you either recharge your phone or have the lamp connected. I suggest changing that.

Hotel’s location couldn’t be better. Staff were exceptionally courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and rooms are charming and comfortable.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The location was perfect and the a the staff were very polite and their command of English is pretty good. Mirko and his colleague were very helpful. The rooms were clean. Will definitely come and stay here again in future.

The shower area was very small. Next to our room was a family with few kids that started screaming in their room and later started playing in the corridor.

Stunning interior, lovely classic architecture finished to a high standard. There is a roof terrace to sit out and have breakfast on which was a lovely surprise. There were lots of bars/ restaurants close by and the train station was only a 20 minute walk away.
