The staff was very friendly, knowlegeable and responsive

the location

it wasn’t like the pictures, it was not very clean and the toilet flush did not work, no soap no toiletries reception is in another location. It was awful, the toilet flush did not work, luckily there was a bucket in the room(yikes) so we filled it with water to flush down the p…. we registered that we where staying with a 2 year old and asked for a bed which they didn’t bring only they day after they brought a broken one, the room had two stair cases and they had a gas stove opposite the bed, no INTERNET ! Over all it was cleanish but because the place is old it doesn’t look clean. Breakfast again is in another location and wasn’t very good and the waiters there where not very nice

Quite charming and spacious appartment

There was no breakfast as promised as the restaurant was closed. The fan in the hot room was broken and there was no wifi in the building.

There were a few problems, but our host fixed them quickly. The house was extraordinary.

There was no toilet seat and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Had it worked, we would enjoy our stay a lot more. The house could be a bit cleaner.

Simply decorated apartment close to the centro storico.

Shower closet was a little small also not enough surfaces in the bathroom for toiletries etc.
