Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend auch der deutschen Sprache "meist" fähig. Minigolfanlage vorhanden und 2 pools. Sonnenliegen sind auch genug vorhanden und Badetücher gibt es ebenso. Der Pool wird regelmäßig eigentlich täglich gereinigt und es gibt auch verschiedene bespaßungsprogramme wie beispielsweise einen "Yogakurs" auf kleinen surfbrettern oder einen Cocktailmixkurs. Das kleine Café bietet jeden Kaffee den es nur gibt. Über den Begrüßungssekt haben wir uns sehr gefreut und auch der Mitarbeiter, welcher mit den Koffern geholfen hat und uns das Zimmer gezeigt hat war sehr sehr lieb. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor Ort. Wer direkt vor dem Hotel nichts bekommt kann ganz unkompliziert im Schotter etwas weiter hinten parken. Für Menschen die Fisch Essen ein Paradies.

Das Essen am Buffet war meistens das selbe. Gerade mittags ist man lieber an die Poolbar gegangen. Für Leute, die keinen Fisch wollen gab es nicht immer viel anderes. Bei leider vielen Speisen hat man geschmeckt, dass es nicht selber gemacht ist und eingekauft wurde. Natürlich nicht nur hier so, aber dort ist es mir aufgefallen. Mittags wurde das Buffet schon vor Ende der Essenszeit von dem Personal aufgeräumt während man noch da sitzt. (Ja, es saßen nicht mehr viele aber es ist dennoch nicht freundlich eine halbe stunde früher alles weg zu tun. Nicht umsonst gibt es die Zeiten)

Gute Lage mit Strandzugang, ausreichend Liegen am Pool, sogar nicht resevierte. Mehrere Wasserspender zu freien Verfügung. Gute Kosmetikartikel im Badezimmer.

Nicht alles im Zimmer war sehr sauber, besonders der Boden im Bad war mangelhaft. Das Zimmer war Superior, leider wurden die Kaffeekapseln zur vorhandenen Kaffeemaschine mehrfach nicht aufgefüllt bzw. erst nach Aufforderung. Einen Mietsafe finden wir grundsätzlich unverschämt.

The hotel is beautiful and has many things to offer (special mention: the rooftop area with an amazing view). The scenery around the hotel is cool since it is at the border to the desert-like area. Also, there are at least 3 cats that regularly visit and stroll around the hotel grounds, which was a very pleasant surprise. The beach has very soft sand, the weather was perfect still at the end of Oct, there was always a slight wind but never cold. The pool is not suited for sport swimming, but they rarely are in hotels, and I didn't mind. From the Spa/Gym area I can only attest to the massage, which was great. The pool bar has great snacks for lunch, and the neighboring cafe makes good coffee (and offers tasty desserts as well). The rooms are very spacious, nicely equipped, and always clean. As a side note: it seems like most visitors are Germans, and many of them are pensioners. Most employees understand basic German, the receptionists are fluent. All employees I met seemed very open and tried to help to their best ability. Another side note: might be a German thing, but there are many naked people at the beach. :D

Food at the main restaurant was only ok, I'd say. Really not bad, but not amazing either. There is a buffet 3x a day, and it varies between meals and days. There is a lot to choose from. The buffet situation doesn't help with meat and fish, though. Everything is cooked through and then kept warm until you pick it up. So some dishes are dry. Also, it doesn't cater to vegetarians/vegans a lot. There is no special section for these types of dishes, and oftentimes, vegetables are cooked or presented with meat in/on them, making them a bit inaccessible for some people. They try to always have a special section at dinner (like sushi or south-american food), but I didn't really get why. Was kind of random. For lunch, I suggest trying the poolside bar, I liked it better there. For breakfast, there are varying freshly made smoothies at the main restaurant. They tell you what's in there. Don't mistake tomato for blood orange juice... ;) Also, there are crêpes made freshly. But sadly, no "real" Nutella. Salads are great and can be assembled by yourself, or some varying ones are portioned already.

Beds were very uncomfortable but that’s to be expected I think . While local drinks like beer and wine were great and cheap you get caught with any imported drinks like vodkas and runs so be careful of the prices

note is very well located at a throw stone from a small and cozy beach. Rooms are spacious and luminous. a large pool with numerous sun chairs complete the offer. Reception and restaurant staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Food offering at dinner was too much skewed to German taste. I’d rather prefer a Spanish dominated cuisine
