La amabilidad del personal y las vistas. La casa es grande y muy limpia. Excelente terraza. Gran parking.

Staff, location, food, swimming pool, playground
Beds, bathroom, cleanliness could be better. We had ants in our room. Asked the staff to do something about it, however it wasn't solved during the week we were there. Room in general was outdated, the bathroom needs more ventilation.
4.0
It is in a great location, has fantastic views, the beds are comfortable & the staff very friendly and helpful.
Lots of stairs to the rooms & the rooms are looking a little bit dated.

Location is fine for visiting Cazorla by foot. Apartment was okay.
The hotel and apartments are a bit of faded glory. Especially the bathroom can use a make-over.
4.5
The Villa Turistica chain offer a 'village' of apartments climbing a hill, with a central reception and catering building. The Cazorla one is excellently located within easy walking distance of the town centre (but easy car access) and very good views.
We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and it suited us well. Especially the family apartment with two floors and 2 balconies.
Apartments are showing a little age and have utility rather than stylish/luxury furniture but everything worked fine and the bed was comfy.
The heating was very good - to our relief given unseasonably cold weather.
Breakfast is good value though of 'asequate' rather than 'fine' quality.
Nothing important. Limited facilities so would be excellent to go into town if you want to eat outside set meal times.
4.5
The position in the town and amazing views. We've stayed in a Villa Turistica before and that was also excellent. I think they are owned by the Andalucían government.
Because it's built on a hill there are lots of steps and because i asked for a terrace even more stairs. One of our party being elderly struggled getting up from where the car was parked..
4.5
The property was a good size for our group and in a good location on edge of the town of Cazorla.
Nothing. If mobility had been an issue then access to apartment and swimming pool may have been difficult. The walk into Cazorla is short but this town is set on side of a hill so may be a factor for some.
4.5
Friendly staff, convenient location for walking to town. Hotel restaurant served good food with value for money set menu.
Some furnishings in the apartment a little tired, could do with a refresh.

Location, the pool, comfy bed, amenities within the room, great value for money!

The hotel was close enough to Cazorla to walk into town, although we did eat in the hotel restaurant one evening. The room was very clean and we had an exceptional view over Cazorla from the terrace.
3.5
Size of the rooms and the lovely pool.
Set on a terrace with a fair amount of steps, including up to the pool. It would have been nice to have had this in the description as one of us had a recent injury at the time of booking.
Air conditioning poor - we managed to reduce the temperature by only 3°c during our stay (down to 28°c).
5+ hour thrash metal concert (some live, some DJ’d) (I love my metal, but not at 2.30am when Sepultura stopped being blasted out to then have loud monastery bells kick off at sunrise). The hotel admitted to knowing this would happen in the valley just below - it would have
been nice to have been alerted to this on booking (we booked that same day) so we could have made an informed choice after a 9.5 hour drive. The hotel did discount our evening meal as compensation but only after I asked for it, rather than it being offered.

Welcoming Staff. Nice breakfast

A nice hotel in a great location overlooking Cazorla. Easy parking and a nice pool. We had a good sized room with a sofa and great views front and back. The balcony is lovely for sitting out in the evening after the sun has gone down. A great base for exploring Cazorla itself or the villages or countryside nearby. Recommended.
Something needs to be done about the unsightly condensation in the picture windows.

We visited this hotel in 2019 and so when we came back to Spain this year we decided to re visit as we enjoyed it so much the first time and on return it impressed us just as much.
The staff are all very friendly, the accommodation is spotlessly clean, the breakfast has a good continental choice with toast and boiled eggs too and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant in the evening.
We are travelling on motorbikes and there are some amazing mountainous roads with spectacular views and many tight switch backs in the area.
The hotel is also a short walk from a lovely little square in Cazorla with bars and restaurants and a castle you can walks up to.
nothing not to like!
3.5
Restaurant and terrace has amazing views of cazorla and the castle. Food really nice and staff very helpful and friendly. Great location to walk into cazorla
Tea and coffee in the rooms as a bit like a studio apartment so being able to make a cup of coffee would have been nice

Nothing.

location, views, food, staff
sadly when we went to bed around 1030 dogs, possibly 3 were barking there heads off, I awoke again at 0315 and yet again, 2-3 dogs barking and it just didn’t seem to stop, I even went outside to see where it was coming from, it wasn’t the hotel but I couldn’t see where either….this hotel was super apart from these dogs ruining my nights sleep….

Bathroom cleanliness
Living room poor decoration
4.5
The views are spectacular, location was excellent. Bedding and linen was very nice. The Resturant on site was good, food and service very pleasing.
The room could have done with some freshening up, a bit of paint here and there, some of the doors a bit damaged.

Good location. Excellent wiev from the terrace.
Bathroom was tremendously freezing and totally uncomfortable. Recommendation to renovate and cleane with more attention to all parts. Living room lacks welcoming details.
