We chose this hotel for a quick stay nearby the airport. And it did just that. 24 hours friendly reception, not noisy even though right at the highway. Room small and basic but ok for a short stay. Bathroom was new and nice.

our 3rd time at this Hotel, great location with underground parking. Excellent buffet breakfast. wonderful ambience to the whole building.

getting into the shower is a little difficult as you have to step into the bath and it could be slippery.

Superior room was Allright

Front office/reception very bad. No service. Not a nice attitude to the client/customer. What you see is what you don’t get. Pictures of food on booking suggest that there is a restaurant. There isn’t! A no go!

Beautiful hallways and stairwells. Nice atmosphere. Classic room and bathroom, nice big bed, minibar, balcony with view of the pool/garden. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Near the train station.

Soundproofing could be better. Shower in bath is set too high.

Staff at hotel are accommodating, patient and helpful! Even called a cab for me to go to the airport!

WiFi was spotty. Courtyard will be beautiful after they finish renovations.

The room was above our expectations as it had a separate living room area, with comfortable chairs and another TV. The building was full of character and the breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice. The parking int heir underground garage was extremely useful and safe.

Historic feel of the hotel with lovely reminders of the past use of the building. Superb breakfast with hot food options and wonderful cakes. It was lovely to be able to take time over breakfast in an unhurried atmosphere.

A little more sunshine in February would have been welcome.

Lovely old monastery tastefully restored to a comfortable hotel. The breakfast buffet was exceptional!

only faults were not plug in bath to have a bath ( shower good but wanted a 🛀 … as I think because it was January/ off season cafeteria only had drinks or a sandwich 🥪 and we wanted to eat ..( had a long day and didn’t want to leave hotel.. but staff friendly and took sandwiches and drinks to room❤️👍🏻

Bed is very comfy...walking distance to restaurants and local attractions and ferry to Cadiz.

interesting concept but the building is a bit old...didn't have coffe maker in the room.

temperature control a little outdated as unable to cool our rooms. We understand the need for responsible efficient energy use but rooms were hot and stuffy. In fairness perhaps this was a “ one off”? We had to sleep with balcony doors open instead. ? photos of rooms not quite descriptive of what you think you’re booking. Not the staff’s fault as apparently there is only one photo type on Booking.com
