De Hotel boutique, il n’y a que le nom. Hotel bruyant travaux en cours sur la voie publique. Passage des voitures sous la fenêtre constant. Accueil très moyen, ils nous ont fait payer la chambre dès notre arrivée alors même que nous étions inquiets à cause des travaux réveil au marteau-piqueur…. Malgré tout, literie, agréable et petit déjeuner sympathique

La habitación espectacular. Detalle de cafetera, baño limpísimo. Cama muy cómoda y grande, con buen surtido de almohadas.

Quizá encontré excesivo el precio extra por la mascota, la mitad del coste de la habitación.

No hay servicio en la habitación, para cualquier cosa tienes que bajar a la recepción Para pedir un cepillo de dientes por ejemplo y si quieres algo de comer o beber Para todo tienes que bajar y es bastante incomodo Aunque sea una época fuera de temporada había bastante personal trabajando y creo que esto deberían de mejorarlo bastante y ofrecer un servicio en la habitación

Hotel situado en zona tranquila, a unos 10 minutos andando del centro donde hay oferta gastronómica. Se puede aparcar en los alrededores con relativa facilidad. Habitación amplia. Todo muy limpio. Personal amable. Buena oferta de productos en el bufet del desayuno. Repetiria sin duda

No tengo nada negativo a destacar

La habitación estaba muy bien, además solicitamos que hubiera silencio y se mantuvo durante todo el viaje.

Aunque el baño estaba bien, encontramos que una rotura en el suelo, justo en el bote sinfónico que consideramos se debería de arreglar.

Everything, just excellent. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Staff lovely & friendly.

Spacious room with a cute little balcony. Mini fridge and a safe and also a Nespresso machine for coffee or tea. Large shower with two types of shower heads. Easy to control the air conditioning or option to open up the balcony doors. The location was wonderful and easily walkable to lots of restaurants and bars and a grocery store. Bonus that the ferry terminal was across the street. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean lobby, bar and dining areas.

The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors and people in the hall. My room did not have a blanket on the bed, which would have been nice. That said, I didn't ask for one either and just made due. The bed was huge but the mattress was the firmest I have ever experienced. It could get a little uncomfortable at times. I brought my own products so not a problem, but the bathrooms only had liquid hand soap and a liquid shower/shampoo gel.

Well located just out of the town centre, which was a short walk away. You could choose to walk through the town or along the side of the river, there were bars and restaurants on both routes. Close to everything but far enough away not to experience any noise from the busy town centre. Last visited the town 10 years ago and not much had changed which is what I had hoped, still pretty unaffected by European holiday makers and generally enjoyed by the Spanish. A good place to base yourself if you want visit Cádiz, Jerez, Saville, the white villages etc. some good connections but you will need a car.

Parking in Puerto is always a bit of a challenge and not the fault of the hotel, they have a small car park. There is parking outside but it would be good to get a spot early as these fill up quickly. You will often see people gesturing you to a space as you drive round, it is customary to give them a euro if you take the space.

Location was really good, a short walk to the centre of town, the bullring and also to the ferry terminal which was just across the road. The room that we had was more than comfortable with a huge bed. The room also has air conditioning and I particularly liked the little balcony with a table and two chairs.

One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was because it had a rooftop pool and terrace. Unfortunately at the time of our visit the pool was closed so we had no access to it for the duration of our stay. (Apparently they were treating the water) We were able to use the terrace to sunbathe but the pool deck was off limits completely which was disappointing for us. Some forewarning of facilities being unavailable would have been nice.

Noise during the night (MotoGP fans) - unavoidable!

Quite and clean hotel.

The door did not seal the noise and light from the halway. All night the light was coming into the room from arround the door. And it was also very loud when guests were leaving their rooms.

The hotel was located perfectly for us. Across from the ferry terminal and walking distance into the old city. They also have a parking garage under the hotel and offer if for a reasonable price. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. We did not have a chance to use all of the facilities but the roof-top area was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining area light and friendly.

The hotel is a popular one for bus tourism which is ok but the guests were often extremely loud in the hallway area which one could hear in the room so the soundproofing is not the greatest. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom and we could of used a few more hangers.
