Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel ( accueil, restaurants) est très sympathique, prévenant, tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. La chambre est confortable, la literie de qualité. Bien que l'hôtel soit immense, l'ambiance restait feutrée à cette époque ( même la présence d'un séminaire était sans conséquence !). Le restaurant est excellent. En bref, nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Tout est vraiment bien ! Nous avons tout adoré. Juste peut-être un petit bémol sur notre salle de bain qui n'avait pas le standing du reste de l'hôtel.

Amabilidad de todo el personal

Ya habíamos estado cuando era Dolce Sitges, sigue estando muy bien, la habitación muy bonita y limpia, el personal, el Spa, la tranquilidad. Han mejorado el Spa en la temperatura del agua cuando era Dolce Sitges estaba muy fría y esta vez ideal. El desayuno super completo, mi hija no bajó a desayunar porque se encontraba mal y nos dejaron subirle algo a la habitación.

Que hubiese que reservar hora para el Spa, nosotros lo teníamos incluido todo el día y tenerlo que reservar no es nada practico ya que estando de vacaciones cambias de planes según el tiempo, pero aún sin reserva pudimos entrar el primer dia.

I reserved a room with a private jacuzzi, but it was not working. So I had to call maintenance guy twice. They changed my room only in the second day. Therefore, I paid for the jacuzzi two days, but was only able to use it one day. Do not recommend people to book rooms with jacuzzi if the hotel does not guarantee it’s well functioning.

La decoración del hotel y habitaciones es preciosa. Teníamos la habitación con terraza y vistas al mar, habitación amplia con todo lo necesario, limpia, cama cómoda, hasta un pequeño detalle de bienvenida. Las vistas espectaculares. El bar con unos cockatils muy buenos mientras juegas un billar. Desayuno muy completo. Parking cerrado gratuito.

Lo único por decir algo el sonido del tren al pasar, pero no molestaba.

Me encantó el trato del personal nos atendieron muy bien desde la llegada . La limpieza es brutal está todo impecable. La cama muy cómoda. La habitación correcta para ser un 5 estrellas sin ningún lujo fuera de lo normal.

La habitación que teníamos daba al mar y al campo de golf. Se oía muchísimo el tren que las vías están relativamente cerca ( y la metalistería de aluminio no sellaba muy bien ) y luego las cortinas no sellaban bien y entraba mucha claridad algo que me molesta bastante para dormir. También pienso que los precios del bar son bastante elevados. Evidentemente entiendo la categoría del hotel y suelo moverme por hoteles muy parecidos pero por dos copas de cerveza nacíonal 16 euros lo vimos un poco excesivo.

El camino para llegar a las habitaciones es largo y muy confuso, nos perdimos varias veces. Soy alérgica así que la moqueta en las habitaciones no me gusta nada y me parece antihigiénico. Comenté en recepción que me gustaría que se pusiera en los lavabos que estamos en época de sequía porque los turistas no tienen porqué saberlo y es una cuestión de responsabilidad. Por lo demás, muy bien

Das Haus präsentiert sich sehr ansprechend und großzügig. Uns wurde kostenlos ein Upgrade des Zimmers gewährt. Das geräumige Zimmer bot einen sehr schönen Ausblick über den Golfplatz bis zum Meer. Äußerst positiv überrascht hat uns Sitges selbst. Ein sehr schöner Ort mit historischen Villen an der Strandpromenade. Einen so schönen Ort, der nicht von Betonexzessen verunstaltet ist, haben wir an den spanischen Küsten bislang kaum finden können.

Das Hotel liegt in einiger Entfernung vom Meer, was uns bei der Buchung entgangen war. Zu Fuß benötigt man bis zum Strand ca. 30 Minuten. In der Nähe verläuft die Bahnlinie nach Barcelona. Da Lärmschutz nicht vorhanden ist, kann es doch recht laut werden. Das Frühstücksbüffet erreicht nicht ganz das Niveau eine 5-Sterne-Hauses.

La ubicación nos perjudicó a la hora de volver desde Sitges pueblo de madrugada. No nos enviaban taxi y tuvimos que hacer medio camino andando por medio de la nada...

La Tranquilidad del sitio las Instalaciones habitación grande

L'esmorzar d'aquest allotjament és per sucar-hi pa , és espectacular hi ha de tot el que vulguis menjar i bo, un senyor que fa unes truietes boníssimes i ben farcides, cava, aigua amb gas, pernil del bo , formatge , fruits secs, pastes.... i el lloc on es fa l'esmorzar és molt bonic i té una vista que encandila. L'esmorzar és el millor de l'hotel. El servei del menjador molt amable i molt simpàtic. El menjador-terrassa al costat de la piscina on es pot dinar també ens va agradar molt, el menjar bo i el servei molt atent. El parquing de l'hotel també està molt bé i a més es gratuit un plus.

L'única cosa que no m'agrada de l'hotel són els seus llargs passadíssos però això és inevitable per la forma que té l'hotel.

Lovely location, views lovely. Rooms lovely and clean but a bit basic. We were half board, evening meal for 2 nights was the same set menu, they did add to extra mains in second night. Third night was full menu. All good was lovely and well presented.

Starting to look tired, carpets in corridors outside rooms very stained. Paint around pool peeling.

I’ve always had a soft spot for this hotel, having enjoyed numerous stays here in the past. The ambience always felt relaxed, making it a haven for both couples and families. With comfortable, well-appointed rooms, exceptional restaurants, and a tropical-feeling pool area, this place was a dream.

My recent stay was shadowed by some noticeable changes as the hotel transitioned to new ownership under Eurostars (formerly Wyndham). Disappointingly, the poolside area was let down by dirty sun loungers covered in bird droppings, parasols with budding wasp nests, and unclean side tables. Such oversights were surprising, given the impeccable standards maintained by the housekeeping team in the rooms. Another change that didn’t sit well with me was the introduction of an 18 euro per person charge for hotel guests wanting to use the spa. While I appreciate that my booking terms were honoured, it’s concerning to think future stays might come with added costs for facilities that were once complimentary. For me, it’s a matter of principle, not the money. While this hotel has always been close to my heart, these recent developments make me question whether I’d return. Here’s hoping Eurostars takes feedback to heart and brings back the charm that once defined this establishment.

I have stayed here 3 times, so that alone states a lot. It's a bit far from the town, but there's a bus stop right outside and the bus costs 2 euros. If you have a car, which i invariably do, it's not an issue. There's plenty of parking onsite. The views over the golf course to the sea or mountains is stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are lovely. The enclosed pool area is one of the best i have experienced for relaxation.

The evening dinner menu is limited and a bit pretentious. If that's what you like, then enjoy. I prefer more traditional fayre, so tend to eat in the restuarants in town. Judging by how few guests eat at the restuarant, i am not alone in this. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive for what it is. The hotel has loads of corporate delegations using their facilities regularly, so they probably don't notice/care that their regular guests don't eat there.

The cleanliness wasn’t very good, there was a food trolley in the hall on our room floor when we arrived with dirty plates on and it was still there the next day. The parasol on our balcony wouldn’t open and it was really hot. The balcony was quite tatty and the wood all chipped. Definitely didn’t feel 5*
