El personal fue lo único con lo que me quedó de ese hotel.
Las instalaciones pésimas (falta mucho por arreglar) no tiene nada que ver con lo esperado. De las fotos que se muestra a lo que nos encontramos fue una decepción.

Отдыхали с 29 мая по 05 июня, всё было отлично, для 3 звёзд просто шикарно! Отель находится в очень хорошем месте, рядом автобусная остановка и прекрасный пляж Магалуф с кристально чистым морем. Персонал отеля гостеприимный и дружелюбный, а главное на ресепшене есть русскоговорящий Игорь, который всегда готов выполнить любую просьбу и дать полезный совет, с ним мы подружились). Наш номер был на 7 этаже, комната светлая и просторная, с балкона открывался красивый вид на горы, интернет в номере ловил отлично. Уборка номера и смена полотенец каждый день. Питание (шведский стол) замечательное, всё свежее, хорошо приготовленное, большое разнообразие фруктов. Скатерти всегда чистые, официанты внимательные. Можно было на ужине заказать бутылку вина, и зарезервировать ее на следующий день, если ее не допили. Персонал укажет ваш номер комнаты и сохранит её до следующего ужина для вас. Бассейн всегда чистый, лежаки свободные, места хватало всем. Каждый вечер в холле отеля проводилось какое-нибудь развлекательное мероприятие (бинго, музыкальная викторина, бачата, мини-дискотека), было Фламенко-шоу... Хочу похвалить аниматоров Руди и Алессию, они просто супер! Респект! С ними было очень весело)) Мы провели прекрасно свой отдых. Непременно приедем ещё! Очень рекомендуем этот отель 👍

No aircon, bathroom was rusty, clothes placed in toilet by cleaners, bathroom door lock was broken locked inside couldnt get out, bathroom would flood after every shower. Staff was very rude

Ottimo Reception. Camera spaziosa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cena varia, a volte davvero buona, altre volte sufficiente. Pulizia camera e locali buona. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto interessante e positivo. Per un 3 stelle è decisamente buono.
Ospiti giovani e rumorosi. Clientela prettamente inglese. Il mese di agosto l'hotel è pieno di italiani e questo dovrebbe essere una maggiore garanzia di un servizio migliore.

It was really nice to stay there. All people who’s working there are very intelligent and kind. Very clean rooms (daily cleaning), every day they changed our towels. Very good food in the restaurant.

Decent choice of food
Very unpleasant and guest-unfriendly approach from a person named Charlie (chief) who didn't want to give us a few cubes of ice (can you imagine - frozen water) to take to our room, unless it goes with the drink bought in the hotel. We needed it for the water. No fridge in the rooms!! Also, we were chased one evening, by the same Charlie person, to pay for a bottle of still water, and we asked to put it on our room bill, and he insisted on paying it in cash?!
On our check-in night, we were late literally 5 minutes for dinner, and we were not offered to get any food. On the reception desk, they just said it was finished 5 minutes ago and it is closed. In any guest-friendly hotel, they would say, let us check, maybe you can get at least something from the dinner hall.

Siamo stati 10 giorni ad agosto Qualità/prezzo direi molto bene, posizione comoda vicino al centro e alle spiagge,camere non recenti ma sufficientemente pulite e comode( una cosa contro mettete dei mini frigo sono indispensabili ), molto simpatici e disponibili Igor alla reception, il ragazzo del bar della piscina e il ragazzo dell'animazione.
Molto carina la piscina mai troppo affollato .
Come ogni posto la cena a buffet è vario per accontentare tutti i paesi, quindi ci si può adattare in base alle proprie preferenze e gusti, senza pretendere troppo, si deve ricordare che non si è in Italia e pretendere di trovare le nostre usanze .
Nel complesso 8 lo consiglio!
Nelle camere non c'è un frigo per tenere dell'acqua al fresco.

Por vezes a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar (toalhas manchadas e alguns cabelos). Os quartos estavam a precisar de ser renovados.
Alguns hóspedes faziam barulho a meio da noite e como as portas dos quartos eram pesadas, ouvia-se bastante barulho quando se fechavam portas.

The kitchen also has a brilliant staff - waiters, chefs were very friendly and always smiling. When fully seated in the dining room, everyone behaved harmoniously as one mechanism.
The food is very tasty, I think everyone will find something to their taste here.
Great location - literally a couple of minutes to the beach and a minute to the bus stop. The hotel is not in the very center of loud cafes and restaurants.
Internet worked great. The air conditioner worked well and you could control the temperature.
The room is bright, the view from the balcony is good.
The pool is always clean, free sunbeds, there was enough space for everyone. Every evening there was an entertainment program.
Cleaning every day - changed towels and bedclothes, but a warning for allergy sufferers - strong chemicals are also used for cleaning, after breakfast when the staff were cleaning, it was really hard to breathe - the smell of chemicals was everywhere, I couldn't stay in such a room and had to leave on the outside However, this is just my opinion - it didn't bother others. Also I have a question about wet cleaning - despite changing the linen and towels, cleaning the bathroom, the room has been always a bit dusty.
The hotel needs at least a light cosmetic repair of the rooms - the walls were shabby and cracked.
You could hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING that happened in the neighboring rooms - all conversations, snoring, breathing and especially the TV. Despite the fact that we arrived not in the very tourist season, we could not sleep without earplugs. One gets the impression that everything that happens with the neighbors behind the wall is in your room. Therefore, I advise you to stock up on earplugs and patience, and in general, it would be good to put noise-absorbing panels in the rooms - it seemed that the walls were made of cardboard.

The thing I liked the most was the localisation and how easy it was to get to the hotel from the airport. The bus stop was 3 minutes of walking from the Hotel. Bus to the airport was even closer, so the whole island was easily accessible with buses. The other thing that I loved was the bidet in my room. I can't emphesize enough how much I love this utility. The view from our balcony was nice and the staff was really nice.the hotel has showtime everyday for people who don't have evening plans with fun stuff like karaoke, live music or bingo. The barman was really cool and made us delicious drinks. In our room there were power outlets, air conditioning and a bath.
The beds were uncomfortable and the room quality was a bit like students' dormitory rooms (in Poland). We were supposed to have a couple's bed, but it was just two single beds joined. The beds were on wheels, so the bed was moving around and in the end we were sleeping on one bed. I really disliked the showers that were poorly done and one time I almost slipped due to shower being a bath with shower handle weirdly positioned. The breakfast was bland and boring. Everyday there was english breakfast being served. The dinners were a bit better as long as you were eating a fish. Instead of serving spaniah cuisine, we've had dishes like sushi, lasagne, spaghetti, chicken burgers. Only once there was a paella which was really delicious. The food is ok, but don't expect delicious flavours as it is more about quantity rather than quality.

Colazione e cena hanno superato le mie aspettative, colazione internazionale con prodotti sia salati che dolci.
Cena vasta che varia di giorno in giorno, verdure sempre diverse ogni giorno così come anche i primi.Apprezzato l’angolo dolci che un giorno ha offerto anche le specialità spagnole, con dolci tipici del posto.
La pulizia: arrivate ho trovato dei capelli sia nel bagno che anche nelle lenzuola,segnalato subito alla reception ci vengono poi date delle lunzuola da mettere sopra a quelle vecchie. Il giorno dopo ci viene pulita la camera e sembrava essere tutto ok, ma i giorni successivi continuo a trovare peli nelle lenzuola e anche della sabbia.
