Chambre spacieuse.

Chambre très sombre. Il n’y a en fait pas vraiment de parking à l’hôtel. Pas si proche du centre. Équipements vieillissants. Au final mauvais rapport qualité prix.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The value was bad for what I got. I did not sleep well at all.

The two worst things in the place were the lack of soundproofing (walls were paper thin and you could hear EVERYTHING from partying people till 5 am to people talking on the street to passing traffic all day and night) and the awful white paper-thin curtains that don't block the street lights and sunlight and it's like sleeping with the lights on. (See attached photo.) With the noise and amount of light in the room I did not sleep well. First, I asked for a quiet place and the staff didn't even bother checking my request and assigned me next to a noisy teen graduation party in the same building and I had to ask to move and then was moved to a room where it was still noisy and no soundproofing like I mentioned. All furniture was old and outdated. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and were two twin beds pushed together and would slide apart (not a real double bed) even though I paid for and selected a double room in my booking. The artificial lighting in the room was also very poor. So lighting both during being asleep and awake was poor. The next day I asked for one single more courtesy hour but didn't know I had to dial 2009 (who outside of Spain knows that??) to reach reception so after unsuccessfully being able to use the phone and being unable to call their phone (had me on hold with waiting music for three minutes), I gave up and got dressed and had to go down to ask the receptionist for ONE hour more because of not sleeping well. She said she has to ask permission first so I had to wait for her to ask and hear a response too. By the time I went back to my room, I stayed in bed for half an hour unable to fall asleep because of how inconvenient it was. When I checked out, the woman told me "You did not pay." I pulled out my receipt and she said it was another person's fault for not attaching the receipt. Maybe you should check your system and double check if a client has paid before accusing them.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We chose it mainly because of the location and it was also quite practical to have a parking garage for hotel guests. First thing to note is that there is no spa and no pool. The rooms in the annex are big but super dark, dingy and strange with poor soundproofing. We were in Jerez for a wedding so thankfully we only needed a place to sleep at night.

Location, location, location.

Ik had een superior room geboekt voor 2 personen. Volgens de foto van booking.com was dat een duplex. Ik had dit type speciaal gekozen omdat mijn nichtje evtl zou meegaan. Uiteindelijk was ik alleen, en IK VERMOED dat ik om die reden een simpeler kamer werd toebedeeld. De superior room was vooraf betaald. Toen ik op de kamer kwam had ik geen zin om te gaan reclameren (en aan de desk in de rij te staan).

Struttura ben organizzata e ben tenuta. Personale cortese e molto disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio interno. La piscina è piccola, ma funzionale. La camera a noi assegnata era molto ampia e confortevole

Desde que te situas frente a su fachada sientes que te vas a alojar en un hotel precioso. Me dieron una habitación enorme, con salón aparte del resto. Una habitación con vistas a los 4 costados del hotel, fue un detalle que me encantó, es difícil encontrar tanta luminosidad, agradezco la cortesía que tuvieron conmigo. Está a 10 minutos a pie del centro histórico de Jerez, muy bonito, por cierto. Tiene servicios esenciales muy cerca: supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes etc. La atención del personal es excelente, la limpieza perfecta. No se puede pedir más, si vuelvo a Jerez volveré al Soho, sin duda.
