The staff were very helpful. We were the only English family but they did their best to accommodate as unfortunately we do not speak much Spanish. The food was of a high standard.

We found the pool area a little dated. we were a little cramped in one room, with 2 adults and 2 children. very busy.

The staff was efficient and friendly, the restaurant barman/server/cook was so welcoming, the room was well designed, everything worked, it was quiet. I could not have asked for more during an unintended stop (after two nights of cancelled flights). The staff printed out my boarding card and called a taxi and were kind to reschedule without batting an eyelash. Thank you.

Simply the entry or driveway made the hotel look second rate, but everything else inside was excellent.

Hotel offers all services with restaurant, pool, bar, pool service, parking around and behind the hotel. We got a room to the back in the 6th floor, allowing nice views into the mountains and afternoon sun. The rate including breakfast was a very good offer, altogether.

The hotel Byron Park is second row behind the other Byron with direct sea front. Guests wishing sea view might reconsider their choice - and be ready to pay significantly more ;) During our stay (after the easter vacations) hotel guests were rather aged. Younger travelers might feel in the wrong place.

Hotel Bayren is a good stop on your way further south/north for a nights rest. Dont expect too much. Staff is kind and although facilities are a bit rundown, the indoor Jacuzzi will keep you busy for the evening. Breakfast is also ok and the rooms are decent size with good amenities.

Like many places in Spain, the walls are paper thin - absolutely NOT representative of a four-star hotel. During our stay, the place was uber-booked and so the walls were very "talkative".

Beds far too hard and uncomfortable for us. Food OK. Dining room like a canteen. Children's evening entertainment unnecessarily loud to allow other adults to have conversations. Two nights non stop music from the nightclub -300m from our room. Had we been aware of this, we would not of booked.

Every day there is a queue to the restaurant, on the last day of our vacation the impression of the hotel was spoiled by Miss Eugenia, who did not let us into the restaurant because of a 15-minute delay, we were in a queue at that time. (no customer service and arrogant attitude) We were asked to let all the people in the queue pass before we can enter. The admission system to the restaurant is terrible and inconvenient, although the food was great and the waiters were very nice.
