L’hôtel dans sa décoration, l’accueil, le bon petit déjeuner, le choix des restaurants, la piscine, l’écoute à la réception, le calme pour se reposer…. Un vrai plaisir.

Rien. Tout était parfait. Une très belle adresse à retenir.

Chambre spacieuse, aménagement de l'hôtel (piscines, expériences proposé) très bien, super petit déjeuner. Très bons restaurants. Le personnel est très gentil et toujours à notre disposition.

Cela est dommage que le parking soit en supplément.

Raport calitate servicii/ preț total nesatisfăcătoare Micul dejun a fost neschimbat timp de 10 zile Prețul/ zi a fost aprox.. . 400 eur / zi cu mic dejun inclus! Totuși exista Wi-Fi ptr VIP , prosoape la piscina ptr VIP

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, sehr schön präsentiert und von hoher Qualität. Das erste Zimmer war zwar grösser, jedoch war es sehr laut, was uns dazu bewegst hat, in ein kleineres Zimmer umzuziehen. Das Personal an der Reception war nur teilweise freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L'architecture absolument charmante de l'hôtel !! Les services au top: piscine très agréable, salle de sport extérieure avec vue sur l'océan. Le personnel au petit soin. Le petit-déjeuner : un buffet incroyablement riche et de très grande qualité ! ( et des musiciens tous les jours pour le fond sonore!!!) Une ambiance très cosy et relaxante(séjour en juin: l'hôtel n'était pas plein) L'emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'île (car il faut absolument visiter!!)

Le coût quotidien du parking privé : 15 euros....beaucoup trop cher! C'est plus cher que ce que coûte une location de voiture si on ramène à la journée......

We loved everything about this place! The staff is as nice and helpful as it gets and the hotel has probably the most beautiful architecture in Tenerife. The breakfast is very good and diversified, the rooms are so clean you could eat of the floor and they smell like fresh parfume all the time. There is basically no downside to this booking. Best hotel me and my husband ever stayed in!

It was beautiful, scenic, great views over the ocean. Our room was nicely furnished and both bed and pillows very comfy. The bali beds were really comfy and luxurious. The room and the rest of the resort were very clean. Generally the food options and the cocktails were varied and tasted good. We were all inclusive and it was better that way for us. The onsite Italian was excellent- we went there twice and would have gone there every evening if we knew how good it was. The food for breakfast in preferred club lounge was lovely - fresh fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order. Staff were all really polite and friendly.

I got constant heart burn - likely due to the liquors in the cocktails, so personal choice really but possibly due to cheaper liquors used. Other than that - excellent!

This is a very beatiful hotel, specially the pool area and all the palm trees. I loved it. Great breakfast!
