Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war absolut herausragend, und das verdanken wir nicht zuletzt der wunderbaren Concierge Mary. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Mary war stets zur Stelle, um uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen weiterzuhelfen, und das immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns Marys lokales Wissen und ihre Begeisterung, uns die besten Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Aktivitäten zu geben. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen haben wir Orte entdeckt, die wir ohne sie sicherlich verpasst hätten. Sie hat es geschafft, unseren Aufenthalt in etwas ganz Besonderes zu verwandeln. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, der Service erstklassig und das gesamte Personal überaus aufmerksam. Aber es war wirklich Marys persönlicher Einsatz, der unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch – und darauf, Mary wiederzusehen!

Ses paysages, le calme, l’accueil de l’ensemble du personnel très chaleureux. Un grand merci à Mary pour sa gentillesse. Établissement isolé qui nécessite une voiture de location si vous souhaitez profiter des tavernes de Stavros.

The facility is very nice.

We visited when the hotel first opened and was unassociated with Hilton. It now has more of a Hilton feel which is definitely a downgrade. The drive towards further commercialisation is clearly evident at the expense of customer experience and staff satisfaction. Poor food options and lack of range. Suggest only taking bed and breakfast option

+ warm welcome + relaxed, spacious hotel + nice staff (especially on the rooftop bar and the breakfast) + nice design + good food (breakfast, dinner buffet)! + not crowded (at least in june)

- really bad coffee at the breakfast (in 5* hotes there shouldn‘t be self-service coffee machine) - uncomfortably hard bed - no/semi-service at the second pool and beach

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft, die Anzahl der Gäste ist fast nicht wahrnehmbar da es gut aufgeteilt ist. Schöne zimmer mit einem schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Gutes Frühstück und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen vom Buffet

Kein SPA Bereich, Kein à la carte Restaurant Unterkunft ist deshalb eindeutig nicht wie hier beschrieben! Gym habe ich ebenfalls keines gefunden. Hotelanlage befindet sich noch im Bau, es kann zu Baulärm kommen! Hotelcrew ist noch nicht eingespielt und noch weit entfernt von dem Level das sie gerne hätten. Ich wollte eine zusätzliche Hotelnacht buchen, jedoch bekam ich auf Booking.com keine Antwort. An der Rezeption nochmals nachgefragt, „we can do it after check out“. Gerne würde ich aber normalerweise vorher wissen ob ich ein Zimmer bekomme und nicht erst am Ende ob ich nochmals für eine Nacht ein Zimmer bekomme.

Sehr schöner Ausblick über die Bucht auf das Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet (bis auf den Kaffee - Instant) sehr reichhaltig.

Alles in Allem eine sehr enttäuschende Angelegenheit. Das Hotel ist relativ neu (ca. 1 Jahr) aber schon total abgenutzt. Sowohl der Außenbereich als auch die Zimmer (z.B. Duschen) wirken als wären sie sehr alt. Das Personal reicht von arrogant bis überfordert und völlig kritikunfähig und nicht in der Lage Krisen zu meistern. Zimmerservice unregelmäßig und unvollständig (keinen Kaffee aufgefüllt, bei Anreise noch Zigarettenstümmel von Vorgänger im Aschenbecher). Bei Abreise um ein Lunchpaket gebeten auf Grund frühem Check-Out - trockene Brötchen (Reste vom Vortag) bekommen. Das Geld absolut nicht wert. Man kann nicht 5-Sterne-Preise verlangen und diesen unterirdischen Service anbieten. Das Hotelmanagement hat hier maßlos versagt.

Το δωμάτιο μας είχε καταπληκτική θέα. Οι παροχές του καταλύματος ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μας. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό! Μας υποδέχτηκαν με πολλη χαρά και έκαναν τις ημέρες μας εκεί πολύ ευχάριστες! Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!!!☺️

Værelset var rigtig flot og neget venligt personale

De har trukket for mange penge og vi afventer fortsat at få vores tilgodehavende retur kr. 472,50. Der var en del rod med at styre depositum, værelsesbetaling mm. De spillede meget højt musik overalt. Det passede ikke rigtigt til omgivelserne.

Isla is the best hotel on the Crete island. We got a lot of positive emotions, there is everything for amazing time spending. Big thanks from 🇺🇦

The resort and location are beautiful! Very modern and most of the rooms have a wonderful view. The staff is exceptional, all super nice and accommodating. It was also very nice to see that most of the feedback provided on here, were addressed. They also just opened the new a la carte restaurant. Food was really nice. Even their buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Pool service also top notch! As a resort was overall clean as well, even the bathrooms near the pool where constantly being cleaned. We loved every minute of it :)

Little things in housekeeping could be improved, but nothing major that spoils a holiday. Taxis can be a bit expensive if booked from the hotel, but they are in general expensive, so I recommend renting a car. You can do it from the hotel, like we did and we had a very good service at a decent price. If you have a car it is better, as to get out of the area you would need at least 30 mins drive towards Chania city.

The room, the view, the breakfast and dinner buffet were absolute excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday the best experience. Thank you all so much!

The location is slightly remote, if you want explore Crete - car is essential.

We went to Isla Brown Chania for our Honeymoon, straight away after wedding. We absolutely couldn't pick better place!!! Beatiful view, brand new/ modern hotel. Breakfast until 12 was fantastic 10+++ out of 10 ;) The food was great! The hotel provides shuttle bus for guests to Chania and Stavros Beach, excellent service!! Don't worry about being stuck in a hotel room Everything was amazing ! Thank you!!!
