Το ξενοδοχείο χρίζει ολικής ανακαίνισης. Τόσο μέσα στο δωμάτιο οι τοίχοι ήταν βρώμικοι, το μπάνιο σε κάκιστη κατάσταση με πόρτα φουσκωμένη, αρμούς σε πλακάκια διαλυμένους, μπανιέρα με γρατσουνιές, η ντουλάπα του δωματίου διαλυμένη...το ίδιο ισχύει και για τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου που είναι εν γένει σε κακή κατάσταση!

Massive swimming pool, with plenty of loungers and gardens surrounding it. Large bar and dining area as well as other function rooms. Located right on the beach and outside of Kalamata itself. Room was large and had a good-sized balcony.
Aircon did not work, shower was an over-bath set-up that was hanging from its fixing and could not be tightened, so had to be hand-held. Shower curtain had seen better days. Overall, the main areas of the hotel were fine but the rooms clearly need upgrading. Having paid a considerable amount for the night, we felt disappointed by the room quality and the fact they filled the hotel with 4 coach-loads of hyperactive school kids.

The hotel staff was very nice to us and friendly, always happy to help with each request, happy to explain everything, chatty and smiling all the time. Breakfast was 6/10. The tidiness of the room was amazing as cleaning lady was coming to our room every day. Bar staff was nice as well, they were even coming to the beach to serve us. Hotel staff helped us with hotel transfer arrangement as well as bike rental. Overally very pleasant experience with the hotel.
Not as much wit the location itself ... the city of Kalamata is not really a tourist destination to go to be honest ... there was literally nothing interesting there. Most of the restaurants were empty and city centre was full of very old domestic Greece people, who were just drinking alcohol on terrasse of some of the pubs there. If you just want to come to some place and go sightseeing its not really a place to go for you, but if you want to peacefully chill on the beach its ideal tho.

-were not able to book all inclusive so meals were expensive to pay on a daily basis.

- Ipanema closed on 12th sept, 2nd day of our stay, so were not able to enjoy that, which meant only 1 restaurant to eat at,

Excellent breakfast, Quiet surroundings, with large pool, adjacent to the sea.
Ample room adequately equipped. Air conditioning was quiet and modern. The rooms were very clean and sealed with sanitation seal
The hotel provides pool/beach towels and life guard. Personnel is very friendly.
The wooden bed was old and creaky . Could not enjoy private moments with my company, There were no slippers in the room. The bathroom towels were small .The restaurant was not functioning ( mid September) though pool bar provided a limited choice of standard hotel food (nothing to write home about)

Excellent location at the edge of the city. Private beach with clear waters. Very nice breakfast with good quality products. Nice view out of the balcony to the pool and the sea.

The hotel is at a great location with many destinations within an hour’s drive. It is also well equipped if you want to stay in and relax. Super clean, great pool, and most of all super attentive staff. The beach is rocky but the waters clean and the water was warm. From check-in to check-out there was no single time that I questioned the staff, the service and the experience at the resort.
