Very nice appt., looks great with modern touches. Katerina that met us was so kind and helpful! Great wifi, each day we found parking in front of the building. It was the best place for us so far in Greece!

The shower head is in a strange position. It is a shower with a half door which wouldn’t be a problem if it was installed at the end of the shower closest to the door.

A very warm welcome and adorable parting gifts. The AC was very good. Pool was warm. The room was so spacious and an amazing view from the balcony. We only stayed two nights and wished we had stayed for longer! All the people were so nice!

Everything was amazing, we can only recommend thinking about putting a shower curtain or something to cover the entirity of the bath!

Very helpful host, who sent detailed directions to Bellevue Apt prior to our arrival. Met us and familiarised us with the area and gave suggestions for eating out and places to visit. Ideal location, walking distance to the CBD. Car park closeby had we needed it.

Fotini gave us lots of information and documentation to visit the city and area. Well located 1 minute from super market, bakery and close to the main attractions. Practical to have a washing machine

Kitchen has to be renovated with a change of fridge and oven, mattress very soft and uncomfortable, The pool was not in function

Everything was excellent!

Location is great, the view is great, and all the amenities function well. The host is there to meet you and show you around, and the host offers excellent suggestions to explore the area be that for sightseeing or dining.

Initially they wrote to us that they would accommodate us in one room and then they put us in another one with a worse view - it was not the room we had paid for. There wasn’t wifi all the time!!!

Nicely planned lighting, amazing comfortable bed, washing machine.

I just missed one more mirror in the living area. Some lights were dusty.

Beautiful apartment, nice view, very welcoming host. Fotini also had great tips for restaurants and activities in the area and reacted very quickly to accomodate any additional requests. We would definitely come again :)

October was a little late for using the pool as it lies in the shade all day long. Should be very comfortable during the summer months though

Very close to Ammoudi beach, Voulismeni lake and idyllic Agios Nikolaos town proper. Fontini, our host was very accomodating and gave a lot of useful, practical tips.

Lots of steep hills and steps down to centre and supermarket.

A clean, comfortable apartment in a building containing a number of similar apartments. The location is quite quiet and away from the busy centre of the town but within an easy walk of everything you could need. A five minute walk will take you to the bus station, a good supermarket or the delightful little town beach called Ammoudi. There is a lovely pool for the use of guests and we had a small balcony that looked into the bay. The kitchen is adequately equipped and there were tea bags and ground coffee (replenished during our stay) for the filter machine. There was even a washing capsule thoughtfully provided for the washing machine. Bed linen and towels were changed half way through our stay. A 10 minute walk will take you to the centre of Agios Nicolaos, with its shops and amenities. Fotini, our hostess, came to us on our first morning, full of helpful advice and maps. Places to visit and where to eat (as well as those to avoid!) As we opened our door to leave on our last morning, we found a gift of olive oil from Fotini. So kind.

People on the balcony of the neighbouring apartment could look directly across our balcony and into our bedroom, and that required a bit of discretion and use of the net curtain. The description on Booking.com mentions a security box and there isn’t one. All of this is trivial compared with the good stuff.

Fotini is the host who everybody would like to find. Precise, competent and helpful. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect. Bellevue is the right place for all you need to do in Agios Nikolaos. We loved it!

Probably the only flaw was a strange smell of gasoline coming from the manhole in the bathroom.

Easy access and parking nearby. Friendly staff and very helpful host. It was perfect for our exploration of Agios Nikolaos and eastern Crete.
