Fantastic property with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable Great location short walk to Almoudi beach or into town with lots of shops, restaurants and boat trips. Taxi rank if you wanted to go further

The appartement is located in the middle of the seafront. The balcony is very big and the view to the ocean is perfect. You can walk to a nice beach that is 500 meters away (Amoudi Beach) or you can walk to the other side to the harbour and Voulismeni Lake with a lot of restaurants in 700 meters. It is silent enough to sit on the balcony and relax. We liked to enjoy our breakfast in the rising sun in the morning. The appartement has everything that you need (except a washing maschine). We also found some toys for our kids. :-) The appartement is big with luxury interior with nice light installations, flyscreens on sliding door to balkony. It was very cleen and we got a extra cleaning after the half of our stay. The landlady was very friendly and helped us directly (Whatsapp) if we missed something or to get suggestions for activities.

Sometimes it was a little bit difficult to find a parking place for our car especialy because there is a one-way steet located directly on the appartement. We don't believe that the appartement is 170 m2 big as it was mentioned on Booking.com. It could be around 120 m2 (with balconys counted with the half of real square meters)

Spacious apartments with a charming view of the bay, where it is nice to meet the sunrise. In the afternoon, the sun goes behind the house, and a pleasant coolness accompanies you in the afternoon. Location - three beaches within seven minutes walking. At the same time, there are no noisy establishments in the immediate vicinity; the panoramic view can be enjoyed in silence. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particularly striking is the size of the bathroom. Hostess of the apartment is a true example of the famous Greek hospitality! We will definitely meet again in the wonderful Agios Nikolaos.

The flat is spacious and well located.... the view and the terrace are exceptional...owners are really kind and helpful to organise our stay in Agios....

Seaview, fantastic view from the spacious balcony, close proximity to the city center, restaurants, supermarket, and the beach, as well as to dive centers. Beautiful design and furniture.

Noise from the road, but it’s compensated by a stunning view.

Excellent location at the seafront. Supermarket close by. Easy walking distance to city Center. Will definitely come again.

Very nice home, clean, and nice view. Host has a good taste on decorating the house. We liked the big bathroom. We have a few kids and there is a big space in living room for kids to play. They also have toys for kids to play as well. The house is walking distance to a very nice beach with nice bar for drinks and food. It’s also nice to walk to city center for shopping and restaurants at night. Walking distance to port for boating trip to Spinalonga island. Everything is very convenient and it’s good for having kids with you.

One toilet has a problem but easy to fix.
