Front desk has unfortunately no knowledge of hospitality, the room is very dirty, mold in bathroom and dirt traces everywhere. Waited more than 2 hours to get our suite.

Lovely staff, amazing view, one of the nicest locations in Mykonos, food was great. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I love this place and I’ve stayed in 5 other places in Greek islands and I highly recommend!
Nothing I didn’t like. Would be nice if they had a gym !

Traveled with a total of 6 people in our group. We were met by the most attentive staff. We were shown to our room which had a private plunge pool and a spectacular view of the sea. Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't get to actually sleep there after my husband broke his ankle at a restaurant in the city of Mykonos that evening. Romany was able to arrange a room for us to move to that didn't have any steps to climb to accommodate my husband now on crutches. The new room was much smaller and didn't have the amenities in our original room (no fridge, no tv, no pol, much smaller room.)
The hotel was very remote and we needed a car service to go places. The amenities in the room were somewhat older and needed updates. The accessibility was difficult if you are unable to climb steps and steep hills.

Clean , spacious room , view is breath taking , very close to Elia beach which is v beautiful . staff friendliness and v helpful especially ladies at reception and Nicholas was very friendly and helpful .
Location a bit far from town and very steep position , we had to rent a car to navigate . also i had an issue with my room as electricity was shutting off , the hotel changed the room but the new room had some insects coming from drainage at night !! . Breakfast was not a 5 star hotel breakfast

The view is excellent. Breakfast is acceptable. Facilities are very nice.
Location is a little bit to far. The fact the staff didn't help us with the luggages and is a little bit to complicated to reach the villa by carrying by yourself.

Amazing position and view. The Botero suite with pool is right on the cliff with an outstanding view on the bay and Elia beach. The room was comfortable and pretty spacious. The welcome drink and cake was much appreciated. The staff was exceptional, kind and careful all the times. A great thank you to Nicola, breakfast’s room manager, who made us feel home.
The hotel has been developed on a clift, so there are e few steep slopes connecting the suites with the common areas such as the swimming pool, spa, restaurant and so on. A pedestrian path with steps or a few electric golf buggies would help in allowing easier movements.

Outstanding location and view. Spacious room with great facilities and outdoor jacuzzi hot tab. Great staff. Nicola has been fantastic!

Hello. First of all, I would like to mention the fact that I reserved a room with a private pool for which I paid 500 euros. The problem was in all the 3 days that we served breakfast, which was execrable for the price we paid. On the first day, I thought it was a situation, that such things still happen when I received oxidized fruit, served from a poor plate as if others had served before us from the same plate and there were some fruits left and sausages from each. In the following days, I had the unpleasant surprise of receiving the same breakfast, as bad and old as the other day. That's why I took a picture of the plate with the sausages cut at least 1 day before, the fruits cut a day before. Indeed, there was a blueberry on the plates!!! that much! and a thin slice of other fruit. For a 5-star hotel with a price of 500 euros per night to serve that execrable breakfast, it seems phenomenal to me. I do not recommend!

Nothing! Old, terrible customer service!
This hotel is a scam! Nothing as it looks on the pictures. Old, dirty, bad maintained furniture. Terrible!!! The only good thing is Niko the driver who drives you to the beach and does everything in that hotel. Super nice person!
Dirty, old, not a 5 star hotel at all!!! Go next door to the Mykonian and that’s a 5 star hotel. This scam doesn’t even include transportation to the old town, they want to charge for everything extra! Manager doesn’t exist! He never was available ehen we wanted to speak with him to get a refund and leave this dirty property. Handprints on the room’s balcony doors, mold in the bathroom! Worst hotel experience ever!

Hotel grounds were clean and tidy, staff were friendly.
Breakfast was very rushed and not a great variety. The location of the hotel wasn’t great and the hotel tried to get more money by arranging taxis into the main centre at a very expensive rate. They did not help with other methods of transport. Service in the bar was very slow and the prices of the food were unreasonable for what you are given. Food quality wasn’t great either.

The staff are amazing. They definitely go out of their way to make sure that you are having the best experience possible. The view was fabulous. The food and drinks were great as well.
The room could have had more electrical outlets.

The property is beautifully, located on a cliff-side overlooking the sea and beaches. My room was exceptionally spacious and with private pool. The entire staff was accommodating. I’d recommend it for those who want a getaway from the bustle of the “town-scene”.
Also, the breakfast was delicious!
If you want shopping, restaurants and crowds, it will take a ride into town which is not cheap.

Setting. The exceptional staff - especially Eva on Reception

Spacious rooms with beautiful view of the island, and the wonderful and attentive staff!
Bed sheets can feel a bit humid at first, therefore it is best to start the heating system just for one hour while you explore the surroundings.

This is very special place - an extraordinary property with unbelievable and breathtaking views. The staff is absolutely fantastic and very caring while catering to your needs 24/7. Eva at the front desk is always smiling and goes extra mile to help. She and the team responds in minutes to all requests and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and luxurious. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the team that serves is wonderful. This is a to die for properly- the one you should have on top of your list while making plans for Mykonos. Elia beach is next door and fantastic!!!
A little away from main town but very quite and secure

The property was not ready for us. The locks did not secure our room, the pool at our villa and the main hotel was dirty, no filtration or chlorine. We had random people visit our private villa, the room has manholes which smell of feces when the bathroom sink is used. Upon mentioning this the hotel tried charging us. Spoke to booking.com they refused a refund or compensation. Please stay away from both booking.com and SMY Mykonos...book elsewhere!

We were very well received by the receptionist. Very friendly and polite.
The view from the room and the private pool.
This is definitely not a five star hotel.
The phone in our room did not work, there is no wi-fi in the room and broken items (hairdryer, television).
Breakfast is poor, few options within a restricted menu.
During the night we complained to an employee about the phone malfunction and broken items in the room and he said it was not his problem. (Nothing has been resolved)

Perfect location, perfect view and food. Heavenly.
Hot tub was boiling, asked the hotel to cool it down.
Very high uphill, requires a car/shuttle to go up not the easiest by foot.
