Everything was very good , food room with view, ,staff, prices. I was very satisfied and I recommend staying in this hotel

The staff are friendly and excellent. They make you feel at home. The hotel is super modern and clean. The room is spacious with a fantastic view. The food and drinks are affordable and absolutely delicious. Walking distance from everything and right in front of the beach making waking up early absolutely fun

Absolutely nothing. Never been more pleased with a hotel in all my solo travels more than this. Will definitely stay then again upon my next visit

The hotel went over and above anything I could have hoped for with making some emergent personal difficulties as easy for me as possible. They most definately went 'the extra mile'. I felt valued and cared for.

there was nothing really that we didn’t like about this hotel.

- the view from the seaview is beautiful, - the room was clean.

- stuff is very rude, they laughed at me when I told them I was feeling unsafe in the hotel, - double bed was two beds, no topper, quite uncomfortable, - the hotel has a spa but renting a towel is 10 euros in cash (couldn't they charge the credit card?), - no soap (the cleaning stuff didn't fill it in for all my stay).

This is our 3rd stay at the hotel. The food is not as good as our previous visits but there are plenty of other restaurants in very close proximity

uncomfortable beds, sun beds were being saved even though the signs at the hotel said no saving sun beds.Food was very bland and repetitive. only ever warm, not piping hot.

we could store all our personal belongings in wardrobe and drawers & in bathroom. that was exceptionel. most of the staff was friendly. especially at the reception very helpfull & also charming. breakfast was very good. lots of choice. room was bigger than expected and nice balcony. airconditioning silent. entrance aera nice and good smelling. the hotel has a own bar at the beach.

There is a camping spot right next to the hotel which was almost constantly very noisy. they speak in german through microphone during the day several times. Annoying - and also at night. This made it hard to relax & sleep. The dinner is served in the basement, which i don't like at all. We never ate there as the feedback from various guests have been terrible. Cold food, left over from breakfast etc. It did not sound appealing. The gym is a small windowfree & tight room. it has only 3 cardio machines, really no space, & nothing to practice weight lifting. Suggestion: to give it up & make a massage room out of it. The massage room is also very small & no windows. The Massage itself was ok, good but not super. She did massage very fast. And as I am a therapist myself I have some knowledge how it could be. Most of the staff is very friendly but there is a lot of space for improvement regarding waiting the tables & by greeting guests in general. At the beach i waited for 10 minutes to get an umbrella & ended up by taking it myself. The pool was always at nice cool temperature but the staff did only interfer about rules to be better followed when I gave feedback. People reserved chairs at 8 a.m. but came before noon. 95% of the guests do not shower before entering the pool & it was hot weather (sweating). also here no controlling. the pvc Lounges & also the elevator smells badly most of the time. the parking is a closed aerea which is good. but you need to descend from the car to drive out & open the gate & this very fast before gate closes again. Lot is all sandy not concrete. car gets very dirty inside that way. when it rained the place was flood and some people could not enter the car because of much water around the parked cars. the rooms have not been cleaned properly. the showerhead & rod has never been cleaned. be aware that beach is large but not sandy but all pepples. For the safe you have to pay 20.

The animation was only a Spanish speaker which made us left a bit apart from the Spanish speaking group.

Staff could have been quicker and more accommodating with the drinks Some bar staff were rude Would have been good to have more cocktail choices on the menu and the All inclusive to stay until 1am when the bar closed, this didn’t seem fair that it wasn’t for the whole time the bar was open, especially fo the amount extra we paid and the slow service

the spacious clean room, the balcony was nice size, the location just in front of the beach. the staff were so friendly and helpful made our stay lovely.

The hotel is perfectly located on the Santa Susanna's Beach. It features great amenities, bar, Kalima beach bar, wonderful outdoor pool, spa and other facilities. Staff is superb! Me and my husband celebrated our honeymoon there and they all tried to make it even more special. It's an Adults-Only hotel, so you won't be hearing any children or seeing them jumping in the pool and disturbing your peace. The food is excellent and every day different. I recommend taking a half-board option as this will really cover you for the day food wise. I would go as far to say this hotel has the best position in Santa Susanna, which has a great nightlife! Totally recommend this hotel and we will be returning to it.

The only thing I would comment on is the cleanliness of the rooms. They are very clean upon your arrival, don't get me wrong, but on a day to day basis rooms could be cleaned more in detail. However nothing that would spoil your day.

Food was very, very good. Location very close to the beach, availability to take a drinks from hotel bar to the beach. All feedback discussing excellent personnel in the hotel, I can confirm all the employees were very friendly and they made our stay very comfortable since the day one. All feedbacks on booking are very accurate and very true, I would definitely come back.

The beach bar could be available also for All Inclusive members and not only hotel bar (considering the hotel´s costs are the same and the beach bar is not full during the day). Although, they are very close to each other, it would bring more comfort to beachgoers.
