The bungalows aren’t nice and massively need updating. The ground floor ones are very dark.

The forest suit was perfect size and felt very private with a large balcony that was perfect to sit out on. The staff were amazing- especially those on the rooftop/ pool!! They really made our trip extra special and nothing was too much. The food was exceptional especially the meals at the other restaurants located at the hotel- would highly recommend booking. The all inclusive was very much worth the money- if you are unsure definitely go for it!!

We found getting a sunbed very difficult on the majority of the days and this was because people were reserving sunbeds early and even though it says towels will be removed they never were. It was also the case that people would put towels down and then not come back until 5pm so no one else can use them all day- it was unclear who was in charge of this but for a 5* hotel we did not expect this. Although the adult pool was lovely on two occasions families with a children came and used it and again were not told they couldn't. It was clear there were just not enough sunbeds and not properly monitored. This put a damper every day as we would have to get up earlier to go and find a bed and then stay there as we did not feel it was fair to then leave- unlike other guests who were very happy to for hours on end! The aircon also did not seem to be working as effectively throughout the hotel.

My sister and I were so impressed with this hotel. We stayed in one of the bungalows on the 11th floor which had amazing views of the bay. The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options. The staff at all of the bars and restaurants we ate at were so friendly and were always in a good mood. There was a bus stop right outside and a taxi rank not too far away so getting transport to the airport and Rhodes Town was very easy (€9 for a taxi to Rhodes Town or €2.50 for the bus). We got a great deal for the end of April/start of May and our stay was great value for money.

Everything was perfect but if I was to be really picky the robes in the room were a bit hard/scratchy.

The staff consisted of educated people who were smiling and knew their job well.

We were very pleased with the general integrity of the hotel, the condition of the rooms.

Loved the bungalow room. Very nice, spacious and quiet. Good variety of relaxation areas. Main pools quite busy and noisy. Food at pool side very average but Italian restaurant very nice

Room was comfortable with a very good veiw of the beach. Beach was very good but unfortunately it was windy during our staty. Breakfast was very rich and good.

Room service wasn't very good. Toilet papers, shampoos and hand soaps were not replaced everyday. We had to contact the reception several times for this. In our surprise the hotel did not provide any printed material for information. We were informed that all the information could be read on the TV. This was a bit frustrating. Hotel did not provide expected help on finyding tours etc. Especially one of the female staff at the reception was quite rude to us when I asked for help to call the taxi companies, because I lost my phone in one of the taxis. She said this was not part of their service. For a 5 Star hotel, we found this unacceptable. We paid 1,617 Euro for 5 nights, in our opinion does not worth the money.
