La nevada que nos dejo el dia que llegamos. Llevabamos más de 5 años sin ver una igual

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the main square, ski schools and restaurants.
The bathrooms need some refurbishment, quite outdated

the location is perfect and that’s why we like to stay here regular
this is the 3rs time we have had problem with water complications. 1st time was a flood last season, this time there was no water in our room so the staff kindly moved us but we were late for dinner as we had to wait. thirdly in the new room the roof was leaking.
also there was first stains in one bed (we did not complain as we had extra beds to sleep in )and also stain on the couch bed cover , the toilet didn’t flush properly. the walls are so thin you can here everything. the breakfast is very poor.

Location of the hotel was great.
No ski/bbot room. Corridors were very noisy at night. Bedrooms to hot and unable to turn off heating.

It was extremely noisy all night. Loud music from bars, drunks coming in during the night , paper thin walls, noise form bin collection during the night.

water leak in our first room, but to be fair we were moved but it was an obvious problem it looked like it was a problem prior to checking in. we were also moved due to a coach trio of young kids with a very very high noise level very early in the morning . we were moved but the other Sadie of the hotel seemed worse. I understand this happens with children but I have emailed to see if they could give us some sort of refund or free stay as it was not pleasurable at all and I wouldn’t mind but I have no answer! the staff were helpful on reception, the breakfast was put away half hour early every table was dirty and the staff in the breakfast area were miserable amd grumpy and made you feel unwelcome. i have stayed here many times before and I feel it’s going worse. the breakfast was poor. if I get an email 📧 back from them with some sort of solution I will happily stay again.

The location is very good. And in front of the ski school I usually attend
The noise until 1am in the room I stayed this time. Normally the hotel isn't noisy at all. However, apparently this time the room was above a bar (141) and I heard music from 00h until 1am.

lovely large light rooms with a good coffee pod machine in. Full breakfast included in the price. good location and quiet at night.
The decor is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment.
