very clean, luxurious with many options of all types of restaurants. the staff at reception were very very nice and friendly specially Ayoup was very gentle. All staff speak English fluently.

The staff was great, understanding, helpful and kind. Great location. Potential for a a great hotel. The staff gave us a ride to dinner on night one for the inconvienences.

Rented largest suite which had no hot water and non of the tvs worked. Hotel staff said it would be fixed when we got back from dinner, it was not. We changed rooms the 2nd night to a room w hot water, much smaller but they could not change price bc i booked on booking.com. They still charged me for the suite. We went during Ramadam so many places were closed, including all the hotel amenities, neither the cafe nor restaurant were opened.

First of all Achraf at the reception was really helpful in helping us settle in and arranging our departure details! The stay at Villa Blanca was great in terms of location and facilities.
