Ça fait quelques années qu’on fréquente cet établissement et ont revient à chaque fois, son point fort c est l’équipe et en particulier Mr Yassine qui est très prévenant, il y travail avec son cœur comme si l’hôtel lui appartenait il se soucie des clients et de leurs bien être sans oublier aussi Mme chaymae très gentille et a l écoute en passant aussi par les portiers qui sont juste parfait BRAVO je le recommande on s’y sent chez soit

Am ersten Tag wurden im Zimmer nebenan Bauarbeiten gemacht mit Presslufthammer, uff. Nett wäre gewesen, wenn das Personal, nach unserer Reklamation zumindest ein Getränk offeriert hätte

The location of it . It is in the center of Casablanca and easy to get to Restaurants.

Lo mejor es la atención del personal y la ubicación del hotel. Las habitaciones son correctas. La vistas a la mezquita estupendas. La cama es muy cómoda, grande y confortable. Nuestra habitación era tranqula sin mucho ruido exterior. Desde el aeropuerto se llega directamente en tren a Casa Port y de ahí puedes caminar 15 min al hotel

lo único que el lavabo se atascaba y había un poco de olor a tabaco.

J'ai du faire une erreur pour la période d'hébergement . a mon arrivée le problème a été rapidement réglé à la réception la responsable était très aimable.

El desayuno no cambia nunca

Отель уставший…номера сами чистые, сотрудники убираются хорошо и очень приветливые и заменяют полотенца каждый день(что для нас было важно),

но сама комната печаль, стены грязные разукрашенные, про тапочки можете забыть, ковролину наверное уже 1000 лет,вид с окна мрак, на развалины и старую медину( где жизнь обошла стороной людей, нищета и грязь), если хотите смотреть на такие виды вам туда

Hotel muy viejo, todo huele a cigarrillo, las alfombras viejas y llenas de tierra

Poor service. First of all they won’t give you water for free in your rooms like other hotel. I did my booking for three nights due to flight changes of the airline I was flying with. I had to change from three to two nights. They refused to respond to booking.com mail and mine. I called their facility and they refused to even change the dates. They didn’t refund the one day stay and I didn’t even requested for the refund. Their lack of reasoning is something else. You will call room service for hours without getting anyone to respond to you. Front desk phone will ring endlessly. Room very dusty and shower door doesn’t slide or closes. It’s open shower. Their socket in the wall is different so you need adapter. They told us to go and buy it in a local shop.

Location of the hotel was perfectly fine. In question of room and location were fantastic .

We were happy to have the opportunity getting such a desire able hotel also clean specially front desk people were very friendly whenever needed any help promptly helped us.

the property was nice. I was upgraded to a suite with a very big bed. Breakfast was very nice.

I tried to order room service. Rang down to ask for a menu and was told it would be sent up. Over the next 2 and half hours I called multiple times until the room service people hung up on me.

The beds were okey

The bathroom was a catastrophe. When you take a shower 🚿 the water leaked onto the floor, which was really uncomfortable

They upgraded our room, and let us to check-in at 12

The surrounding area is not so clean

basically the staff made it a good hotel and location is right next to all the shops and eateries and transport links the reception staff was really friendly the cleaning lady was super kind ( she was the best ) the bell boy/security was very friendly the hotel catered to every request I made and felt like you were looked after as the staff did make an effort to get to know you better

the breakfast buffet was good but as an optional pay at property feature the dinner was a not good but still edible, but you don’t need to pay for it and most of the time i ate outside of the hotel, so not a big issue as there are lots of eateries within 2 mins walking distance

ac was not working fan of the toilet was not working balcony was extremely dirty there was a spider in the toilet😂

Room is really good

There was hair from someone in the shower area not properly cleaned or returned from a blocked drain
