Es fehlt etwas an Koordinierung im Restaurant - wir sind nicht nur einmal vergessen worden und nicht nur wir … das Essen ist sehr lecker mit einem kleinen bmoll für die vegetarische Variante die etwas mehr Liebe in der Herstellung bräuchte.

Fact I paid for a superior double and end up with two singles pushed together.

The friendliness of the staff and the peacefulness of the whole hotel.

The food was not quite of the same standard as previously and the way the meals were presented suggested that it was designed to be easy for the kitchen to control.

We loved the location, staff we're so friendly and welcoming.We loved the room and the furnishings. We loved the garden views.

The food and drinks were slightly overpriced.

Loved the atmosphere and the attentive seevice of some of the staff. Some let the others down, whichw as rather upsetting.

One member of staff was very condesending at the dinner time on my sisters birthday, we asked for a meal and was corrected quite rudely on how it was pronounced and laughed at us. We were quite upset and found that customer service not what we expected- as a previous customer at this hotel. It was quite shocking. As when i went with my husband all the staff couldnt do more for us. I think my sister was a little dissapointed- not sure she would go again. I will return howveer as i had a much better experience last time.
