I don’t know if it is because the cleaner’s laziness or they just don’t know how to clean, eventually the bathroom is not clean. Every time au stayed. The heating system is broken most of every time I stayed. They never put the gowns until I asked. I know the staff is friendly and polite, so I always feel sadness because there’s a big gap between the reception and the room. I hope the owner/ management company changes.

Staff all very helpful

Room much smaller than expected plus it had no chair or table to do any work on. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast was average not a great selection for continental breakfast. Had a dinner at a function and thought the food wasn't very good.

Lovely hotel, central for the town centre and bars and restaurants. Have stayed there many times. Would highly recommend it.
