Het ontvangst was heel goed vriendelijk en duidelijk. De koffie in de ochtend was lekker. De bedden waren goed.

De Mevr. in de ochtend aan het ontbijt vonden wij heel onvriendelijk. We hadden wel een English breackfast verwacht wat jammer was. Beperkte keuze voor het ontbijt.

So close to everything. Very local, quiet and car parking near by. Clean and tidy. Staff were lovely, very accommodating- as we had a lot of luggage we were given the ground floor room. It was really great.

The bathroom in the room, had see-through glass door. We travelled as friends and you could see straight in. So privacy in those regards were low. The bathroom was quite small and the shower could’ve been a squeeze if you were slightly large. The second thing - breakfast included is great. Told it was a continental breakfast. There was mostly cereal, 2 kinds of pastries and 1 section of ham and 1 section of cheese. Throughout your breakfast you were watched by a staff member, which was a little uncomfortable as the space was not the biggest. If I had to pay extra for the breakfast I would have been very disappointed. In my opinion, these are the only 2 issues.

Excellent value for money, friendly knowledgeable staff and right in the town centre. Parking vouchers can be purchased from reception to park in the street outside at a good price. Breakfast is continental but lots of choice and good quality. The reception staff (Rosie?) couldn’t have been more helpful. This will be my go to hotel when returning to a Cheltenham. Highly recommended.

Polite friendly staff, clean room with pleasant outlook, good breakfast with choice, close proximity to the town centre. The rooms seem quite well sound proofed, so you don't hear much from other guests.

The ensuite is rather too small . We were ok with it, but larger folk might struggle ! Nothing else.

Place is very tired and room matched that. Tiny bathroom and shower was miniscule. The place is really due a rejuvenation. Breakfast was okay but no better and no cooked option.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff checking us in were kind and helpful. Good location, close to the centre. Parking was also easy enough.

We stayed here 2 years ago and breakfast was a highlight! However, breakfast is now very poor. No fruit, cereal in mini boxes and toast, that was about it. Very disappointing. I would suggest the bed just not bed and breakfast!!

The 1st night I stayed I thought the location was good and the rooms were clean

The 2nd night there was someone snoring loudly in the room next to me the whole night, I don't think there is much sound proofing at all. The toilet was along the corridor and when I tried to go to the toilet there was a swarm of wasps outside the toilet door actually inside the hotel. There were about 20 or 30 wasps buzzing so loudly around the light and on the walls and nearby doors. I was too scared to use the toilet all night. I went down to the reception area twice to complain and there was no one there. When I complained the next morning before I left, the host was dismissive and disbelieving. She just stared at me and said wasps don't fly at night. She later said that she didn't know I was complaining. She then said that I was the 1 that should apologize to her and that I should not be complaining. I have no idea why she thinks I need to apologize or why she thinks my review is not valid.

The staff was phenomenal! We arrived very late but someone was up to greet us and when we left before breakfast officially was served, the host prepared it an hour earlier. Also, the location is within walking distance of town so we didn't need a car and there is a very lovely park right behind the B&B.

The shower was on the small side, but we are bigger than most people.

The breakfast room is to small for the amount of rooms

The hotel was an ideal location for my weekend activities in Cheltenham. The staff were helpful in allowing bags drop off for check-in and check-out.. A good breakfast selection.

The Single Bed mattress was not firm enough.

Amelia was a lovely host and we really enjoyed our short break. The fact the hotel was so close to the town but in a quiet road was a plus point.

Would have preferred the choice of a continental or full English breakfast.

Very nice and friendly staff. We arrived fully soaked and wet after a rainy hiking day with 2 dogs and we got a very warm welcome and a dog bed and blanket. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from the Cheltenham city.
